Best doctor!! she makes me so comfortable and takes care of me all the time. she’s so sweet and is very understanding. definitely staying with her for the long term.

The appointment was scheduled for 11am. The Dr didnt enter the room until 12:23 pm. There were two walk-in patients that were taken in front of the scheduled appointment. The Dr was not professional at all. She didnt even spend five minutes in the room. She didnt turn around once. She was disrespectful. There was nothing but HIPAA violations. Patients information discussed in front of everyone. They didnt shut the patient doors and u could hear everything.

I’ve been with Dr. Iman for almost 3 years, since I moved to Michigan. I moved to Sterling Heights, and still took the way to Dearborn Heights to visit my primary families doctor ( my kids as well). Till recently when she replaced her professional staff with these young irresponsible ladies. My daughter has been through an Asthma for a week now, I’ve been calling and begging for her maintenance medication to be sent to our pharmacy, but the front desk lady insists that we either have to come in for the visit, or pay for the visit to get our maintenance medication refilled, where we were having our checkups and flu shots there in October. I took my kids today and went and we were very badly treated. I have videos how we were shouted at. The doctor was not there, though I called and asked in the morning, she said she would be in at 1:00. I was there at 1:00 exactly, but there was a replacement doctor. When I asked about Dr. Iman, just asked, said nothing more yet, I was shouted at, insulted in front of everyone in the clinic and asked to leave the place. Very rude young ladies who don’t even know how to respect anyone. I’m quite sure if Dr. Iman was there she wouldn’t have let them act that way.

THIS DOCTOR VIOLATES HIPAA LAWS DONT COME HERE AND THANKS FOR REMOVING MY REVIEW YOULL BE LOSING ALL YOUR PATIENTS AND LICENSES FOR GIVING OUT SOMEONES MEDICAL INFO, SERIOUSLY WHERE DID YOU GET YOUR DEGREE ONLINE FOR 20 BUCKS AND THERE SO BAD HERE THEY GIVE PATIENTS WRONG MEDS

Very nice staff and cozy and relaxed environment. Dr. l. Elmanini is great and helps you understand what is wrong. Recommended 100%!

Worst front desk.no call back for results,long time on hold and always they ask you to call back after when you call the same senario
