Henry Ford-GoHealth Urgent Care

The urgent care facility on Ford Rd was excellent. The health care assistant was professional and caring. When the doctor arrived she listened and prescribed medications that I believe will heal me in the next few days. I will recommend this facility to others.

Easy access, not waiting long. The Medical Practitioner was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, easy to talk to, and gave me follow up instructions. Shes definitely an asset to the company. The check-in staff displayed great customer service and were helpful with my questions.

Very professional staff, Britney was great and the check-in was very fast. She was able to verify all my information and get me seen immediately. I was not here more than 10 minutes. The facility is very clean and new. Would highly recommend if you need to get checked out quick and get medicine and don’t want to wait all day.

Got an appointment within 20 minutes. Did not have to wait once I got to the building, all the staff was super nice and friendly. I was able to get my xrays and all my test done. Was my first experience here but will definitely be coming back in the future.

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The medical assistant was quick and thorough especially after realizing that the head thermometer wasnt reading correctly she immediately switched to the wall thermometer. The doctor was nice and helpful in regard to my diagnosis. You were seen within 5 minutes of being in the patient room. I would definitely recommend!!!

I was able to get in fast to see the doctor and the doctor knew how to help me. She listened and understood. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. 1st time going there and it won’t be my last.

This was my first visit and there is so much I liked about this facility. Everything from the Friendly staff, knowledgeable Dr, short wait time and the help I was given when CVS couldnt get my scripts right. Will definitely go there again.

Brought my daughter here twice to be seen. The first time was excellent, this time though Im rather disappointed and a little concerned that I could not get back in touch with the Nurse Practitioner who saw us today. I left my number with the front staff because my daughter was vomiting and we needed a prescription for an anti-emetic and I called back several more times but was only told Oh the provider is in a room with a patient. Couldnt reach the provider on MyChart either.Been waiting since 1pm for that phone call and Im not even gonna bother going to this location anymore. I cannot wait for that follow up survey to come across my mailbox.

I am very grateful for Dr. Cherri, C and her staffs for assisting me at my walk-In Visit at Henry Ford GoHealth Urgent Care. From the momento that arrived the front desk staff greeted me in a very friendly manner and asked to check-in. Once I checked myself in I was called to the front desk by another staff member named Brittney. Then she and Dr. Cherri remembered me from my previous visit a few months ago. My entire clinic visit was less than an hour, maybe 30 minutes most. As always, grate bedside manner and caring. I do have my regular primary care doctor, but to schedule an appointment and the time to be seen at time can be very lengthy. I am very happy of choosing this location for any last minute emergency.

Very friendly staff, I went in early on a Saturday morning and they had me out the door in less than a half hour, called in a few prescriptions to my local pharmacy for me and Im feeling much better. No one like to go to the doctor but they made the vision as pleasant as possible

I have been here and had good service last time the time i was here i have had the worst service ever the service was so bad i walked out by a staff member named brittany. i went to garden city urgent care down the street and they were wonderful. i recommend you try them instead of this place

This place is great , Deya the provider there take his time with the diagnosis.he follows up with us regarding the treatment. He always provides the best service for our son. Deya and his Nurse gave exceptional care to my family . He saved us from a trip to the ER with my Son’s injury. He called us to follow up with my son the following day to see how he is doing . I never seen that exceptional service at any other urgent 🚨 care I do recommend this place . I will always return back to this place .

Clean please, quick assistance, the front desk lady is kind & respectful with smile. The doctor assisted quickly, explained few things about health issues, given some health advice & prescription with great attitude & respectful manner. The doctor explained to the mother of the patient few things too after she reached and asked him. The doctor nicely explained and listened to the patients mother concern. Many appropriation to the entire team !!

Awful, went in on Monday morning at around 8:45am, 45 minutes after they opened to be greeted by the receptionist asking me to leave and that I can’t be seen at the moment because the doctor was not there yet! Doctor was 45 minutes late and i was refused to be treated or seen? on my way out i see the doctor in her car talking on the phone and then slowly walking into the building!! Just unprofessional

From the ladies at the front desk to the doctor my experience was pleasant. They were fast and sufficient. He treated me for what symptoms I had that day, although I ended up going back the next day only because more symptoms presented and he was more than willing to help me. Compared to most urgent cares this facility was clean, staff nice.

The desk nurse was rude like I was interrupting her personal computer time, she improperly took my blood pressure which resulted in an elevated BP, there was no urgency in the fact that my respiratory rate was in the 30’s I couldn’t catch my breath and no body cared. I will never go to that urgent care on Ford Road in Dearborn again.

To be honest I dont understand why this place has so many good reviews because Ive tried to like this place the people are nice but I always get misdiagnosed and this time I ended it up in the hospital because I wasnt given the proper medication I can no longer come to this place. I had another experience where I had a doctor used the f word toward my 14 yr old we will not be back.

Bad experience with the front desk staff. Staff member had an attitude that made the experience extremely unpleasant, which led to leaving without being seen by the provider.

This is my 2nd time coming and it was another phenomenal visit. Dr. Deya Abdelbaki was very good and attentive! Any questions I had he would answer them and had so much patience with me! He gave me good recommendations concerning my health. He also assured I had all of my necessary medications. You can tell he’s all about promoting my health so I can feel my best! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

Front desk staff pleasant, although they had the unfortunate task of relaying that the provider was running late and I had to wait in my car. Unacceptable that they open at 8 am and the provider was not there on time. None of the staff were wearing name badges, I thought this was mandatory. Overall, experience was just okay

Clean facility and friendly staff. The copay is $50 and the wait times can vary. I’ve been here twice in the last few months for chronic sinus infections and it’s been a waste of time as I do not get prescribed antibiotics that I need to treat it. I would recommend the Henry ford same day visits/walk in clinics instead as it’s cheaper and usually better in my experience.

FNP Deya A. Literally went above and beyond our expectations to take care of both of our children. He was kind patient knowledgeable and had the best bedside manner I have ever seen from a provider. Our daughter was terrified to take a splinter out and he talked her through it and did not rush one part of the process . It was one of her biggest fears to get a needle and he was able to walk her through it in the best way imaginable. What a wonderful person and provider if I could give him more than a 10 I would . Highly recommend!!!!!

Dr. Gillian and her staff were phenomenal! I was able to reserve my spot online and was promptly seen by the doctor upon arrival. Dr. Gillian has excellent bedside manners and provided a very thorough treatment plan, and plan for follow up care. She truly provided patient centered care. I appreciated her attention to detail. My grandsons appointment was timely, efficient and made him feel comfortable. Very impressed with all the staff.

Idk the nurse practitioner told me to get a STD test & covid &flu swap when I came in for allergies.My symptoms were hives, sneezing, dry eyes, congestion.So I kind of had to reroute him like no. I also thought he was prescribing me cream. I am unsure if the medication he prescribed will do anything. I just did my own google research and went to get Benadryl.. A nurse should know if someone has a cold or hasallergies…..

Very satisfied with my service. The urgent care doctor Deya Abdelbaki took great care of me. Informed me of some things that my internal medicine doctor didn’t. Ordered the appropriate tests, and prescribed the appropriate meds for my illness. I must say today is the best I’ve felt in 9 months. I will be changing doctors and I wish he could be my PCP. The amount of suffering that I have endured is unnecessary and I’m glad that I made the decision to go to urgent care. I had made up my mind to take my blue cross card and go elsewhere for my healthcare, been with Henry Ford for over 30 years, but Dr. Abdelbaki changed my mind. He gave me hope that top notch healthcare still exists within your organization.

I was sick for eight weeks. I had a cough I just wouldn’t stop. This was the third urgent care that I went to and the doctor did a chest x-ray, which came out great. Did Covid testing RSV testing and flu testing which came out negative. None of the other clinics did this. She gave me a cough medicine and a steroid to get rid of my illness. The other two just gave me antibiotics which did not work.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Deya Abselbaki, FNP-BC was extremely helpful in treating my asthma. He also provided me with information about my asthma and the medications that I have been taking. Overall I was very pleased with my experience.

I went there to get a covid test and was denied service because I did not want to leave my credit card/HSA card information for payment. I expected to pay for services rendered (same day). I was asked to leave information for unbilledcharges. I did not feel comfortable doing that.

My visit to the Urgent Care on Ford Rd in Dearborn Heights was excellent. The ladies was very friendly and tended to my every need. I left the clinic, feeling like overwhelmingly satisfied. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Very clean environment, staff was friendly. Wait time was not bad at all considering there was only one PA on staff. ( Went on Saturday morning when they opened) PA was very thorough with examination and explaining diagnosis for my three year old before discharging us. I will definitely make this my new Urgent Care.

Such a wonderful urgent care experience with beautiful staff from my clinician Deya Abdelbaaki to the two medical assistants. I know one name was Tonya. Beautiful staff. Everyone was so warm and very patient with me. Deya explained my illness and care in detail. I have full faith in his knowledge and expertise. I rarely go to urgent care because im rarely sick but i will definitely return here when needed and I recommend my family and friends to see Deya. He has great patient bedside mannerism, patience, empathy, knowledge, expertise in his medical craft.

I would not recommend this place. The staff was very rude and was not patient with my children at all. They were scared to get Covid tested and she was immediately irritated. She made the whole experience unpleasant for us. A little patience and warmth goes along way. We frequently get tested at urgent cares and have never had this experience. They also “ran out of tests” when it was time to test my youngest.

My experience at the place was very good. Staff was very pleasant greeted you when you walked in very good attitude my time there was all about 20 minutes. Actually I was seen before my appointment was even ready. Will be returning if need be I recommend this place.

The nurse that helped me was very rude ! Didn’t even let me finish what I was trying to say ! That nurse was so rude and unprofessional the way how she was talking to us !! I don’t think she belongs to the medical Field, Won’t come back and will make sure the HFHS knows about this experience too !

Worst experience ever, the wait time was extremely long. Finally got to the back and had a rapid covid test done which was negative only for the Doctor or whatever he is to come in and say well you probably have covid still.. I know You have a viral infection so just take robitussin you’ll be fine and go to the emergency if you get worse. I would never go here again!

Went to this urgent care for having chest and arm pain I wanted to get an EKG. Dr. Albdelbaki did not do any test on me before saying there wasn’t anything he could do for me. He didn’t want to give an EKG instead is dismissing me , cutting me off during conversation , and arguing with me in an urgent care while I am not feeling well. All I wanted to make sure my heart didn’t have any abnormalities. I left bc he was very combative and refusing me service. Mychart was updated stating “I refused EKG” when I did not. Dr. Albdelbaki is a liar and does not care about his clients. I do not feel safe at this urgent care anymore and will not be returning ever !

I had stitches done on my hand in Florida. By the time I came home, I had to get the stitches out. It was my first time visiting this urgent care and I can honestly say I was so happy to have stumbled upon it. I have a severe fear of body injuries and the experience of getting cut and needing stitches was definitely a traumatic one for me. However, Dr. Deya saw how terrified I was to remove the stitches and when I tell you he took such GOOD care of me, I mean it. I’ve never been so comforted by a Dr. ever. He took my fears and anxiety so seriously. He laughed and joked until I felt a little relaxed to start the procedure. He took his time and listened to every “ow” or “stop”. He didn’t have to but went ahead and numbed my hand so I wouldn’t have to feel much of what he’s doing. He did not have to do that; other people just go get the stitches out and leave. Any other doctor that I have been to would have been so annoyed with me because it was a procedure that should have taken 10 min to do but Dr. Deya went above and beyond for me. He took his time. Never once did he make me feel like I was too much to deal with. Not to mention, the placement of the stitches was in an awkward position so he had to work with what was done in Florida. The ER in FL did not inform me of any after care which did impact my injury. But Dr. Deya fixed the consequences of that, gave me proper information on what to do/not, called to check up on how I was doing after, Reminding me (once again) of the proper after care. His office called a couple more times after that. I can honestly say he was and is the best doctor out there because he takes the time to get to know his patients (and not making them feel like just a number on a list to get through). It felt like a friend was helping out rather than an intimidating doctor. I genuinely appreciate him, his efforts in caring for my stitches, and especially for respecting my anxiety. Dr. Deya is an outstanding doctor and from the bottom of my heart, I‘d recommend him to everyone. I don’t think I could go to any other urgent care anymore. Between how nice and genuine the office staff was to how I was treated with care, this urgent care is definitely my new go to. Thank you for everything Dr. Deya. I can’t thank you enough honestly. 🙏🏻

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, I had the worst experience with them then any other place I have ever been too. I was treated badly for no reason because they didnt want me there.I have great medical coverage though my work (Blue cross blue shield) and they said they couldnt verify it and that I would have to pay up front to be seen. I have been with Henry Ford my entire life and they refused to see me while I have great insurance and had a serious infection. I went to another urgent care in Dearborn and was seen right away and my insurance was accepted. I will never return to Henry Ford again.

Wow talk about state of the art. It is very clean and very contemporary.I needed my ears cleaned and Mia did a fantastic job! The rest of the staff is very wonderful and you can tell they love their job and it shows!

The staff were able to resolve any issues quickly. The staff were caring and did all they could to make an unplanned UC visit go as smoothly as possible. I left feeling that they were actually happy to care for me, and thats rare.

The physician, as well as the rest of the staff were extremely attentive and quick to help me immediately when I came in with an eye injury, made sure it didnt need hospital attention and got me taken care of and eased my mind. My vision is a big deal and I appreciate they took it as seriously as I did. A+

Worst place ever.Nurse Lauurie-Ann c Mitchell walked out on me within the middle of doing labs apparently because I was too young and dumb ! Also refused to identify herself and called police when I demanded she give me her name. The other nurses co-signed her lies also… never again
