IVF Michigan Dearborn Fertility Clinic

I cant express my gratitude enough to the staff of IVF Michigan - Dearborn. The nursing staff was always there to answer my questions, no matter how basic, with care and compassion. I got a call back within minutes after hours from the on call nurse. Jessica made me look forward to having blood drawn which still sounds weird when I talk about it with friends and family. Danielle especially was so patient with me as I navigated infertility and IVF treatments. Dr. Hammoud will forever have our gratitude for helping create a beautiful little life we otherwise would have never had. Infertility is such a beast and the staff at IVF MI Dearborn made it feel so much more manageable and felt every emotion with me along the way. I will never forget my experience, and these amazing people will forever have left a mark on my heart.

I have 5 stars because they truly deserve it. This whole process is an emotionally taxing one but with faith and patience and trust in my provider everything worked out just fine and I was able to graduate from their Dearborn office. The ladies at the front desk and nurses were all so nice and answered all 9,000 questions I had everyday, seeing as though this is my first baby. Dr. Hammoud is a PRO he’s efficient, confident, reassuring and patient. Like I said this process takes PATIENCE. I prayed over myself, as well as the staff that they would be guided in the right ways to help us get to the finish line & praise be we’re here. Thank you everyone! I’ll be bringing baby back to see everyone!

I went to IVF for a Semen Analysis that was requested by my wife’s fertility doctor. I had to call IVF multiple times to get my appointment scheduled, as they needed me to email photos of my insurance cards and the order form. Every time I called, I had to wait upwards of 20 minutes on the phone to talk to someone. Even though our discussions on the phone weren’t longer than 2 minutes at most.Once I arrived for my appointment, I found the room that they had to be unsanitary and very loud. There was something (maybe dust?) all over the desk in the room, and they had a styrofoam container that was supposed to contain lubricant that was empty. There was also no toilet, only a sink in the room. There were workers outside of the door talking very loudly about getting lunch and some other stuff nearly the whole 30 minutes that I was in the room. This room should’ve been dead silent and located further from the lobby in my opinion.I’d recommend that anyone who needs to go to IVF for testing try to go to one of their other clinics. Hopefully those are better than this one.

If I could give this clinic 10 stars, I would. This place is amazing the front desk is super nice & always on top of it. Dr.Hammoud I don’t know where to start. He is truly one amazing doctor, he cares & listens to his patient & makes the impossible possible. He’s a miracle worker , Zayneb was mostly my nurse through the year, she truly is amazing at what she does.she became a friend not just a nurse Jessica..is amazing as well both have such beautiful souls. I wish I could stay at this clinic forever. IVF Dearborn has became my family. I appricate every single one of you guys. Can’t for you guys to meet our bundle of joy 2025🙏🏼❤️

The nurses and the staff here are mostly all very unwelcoming and very poor with their communication. I dealt with attempting to get a prior authorization for my medications and their nurses told me they nor Dr. Hammoud have access to the portal to be able to submit the authorizations through BCBSM. The Bloomfield location told me they do have access and unsure as to why they would say they don’t. So I am having my treatment transferred to that location so that I no longer have to deal with the rude front desk and rude nurses at the Dearborn location. I will say that I don’t know her name, but the lady who draws the blood at the Dearborn location is probably the only nice one at the office who understands that going through this treatment is emotional and hard. She is the only reason this is a 2 star and not a 1 star.

IVF Michigan has been amazing in helping us made our dream a reality. It has been a hard journey for us trying to conceive but nothing was successful until we were referred to try IVF MI at Dearborn. It was the best decision we made seeing Dr. Hammoud. He was spectacular! He promised to get me pregnant as soon as possible and he did it. One cycle of IVF and we conceive and soon we will see our bundle of joy. We are greatful to the whole Dearborn team as they had been a great help to me and my husband through the whole process. They were so fast in responding to our messages and answer our questions via phone or emails. Having a difficult early pregnancy with horrible symptoms, they were always there and helped me got better. We will for sure go back here again for our second baby.For any couple out there who are looking for a place to help you have a baby, IVF MI is highly recommended. They are 10/10.

I was initially turned away by the first clinic I saw due to a heart condition I have and honestly I’m SO glad I was because Dr. Star is amazing. She took my risk into account for every step of the process, took the time to answer questions and was very personable. I felt very comfortable with her as my doctor. The Dearborn nurses were also great, all of them, so nice, informative and super responsive by phone and email. Thank you all!

I recommend this Clinic (and these providers) to absolutely anyone struggling with infertility. We saw Dr.Hammoud for our IVF journey- and Dr.Star for a procedure (she was wonderful as well). The staff at Dearborn are top notch, every single person we encountered was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Although every single person in this clinic is exceptional- Jess (who I probably saw the most with all these blood draws) is one of the coolest humans Ive ever met. She is very skilled at what she does, but she also cares- and it is so evident in the care she provides.Prior to beginning our IVF journey, I was incredibly overwhelmed by this process. My husband and I are both in healthcare, but IVF was a whole new world for us. IVF Dearborn broke down cost, process, and procedures for us in month by month digestible pieces. They answered questions as we had them with compassion and with confidence. This Clinic performs fertility treatments for hundreds of patients- and with that comes SO much knowledge. Dr.Hammouds specific medication regimen/process worked beautifully for us. We got pregnant our first embryo transfer- and we have Dr.Hammoud and his staff to thank for this. I cannot put into words the appreciation I have for this Fertility Clinic. If you are struggling with infertility, I encourage you to make an appointment with Dr.Hammoud. He made the impossible possible for us, and for that I will forever be grateful.

This has honestly been a painful experience in a time when the most compassion is needed. They don’t answer the phone, and if they do they just tell you they’ll have someone contact you. Instead of a personal phone call, it will take 5 days to get an email with one question answered when you had multiple. If you leave a voicemail, they won’t call back.We were planning to try to go through the process with this facility. Now if we decide to, we will plan to go elsewhere.For a place that should have compassion & be considerate they are far from.But they want to be paid, and when you have a billing question they still won’t return your call.I would never recommend this experience to anyone, especially to someone in an already difficult time dealing with infertility and all the questions, concerns & anxiety that come with it.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this facility. The staff was discourteous, and despite providing my insurance information, I was never informed that my test was not covered. I was surprised to receive a bill that I was responsible for paying. Furthermore, they refused to release my test results until the bill was paid.

I am highly disappointed in my experience with IVF Michigan Dearborn. At each step of the way, the front office staff were less than helpful. They did not readily explain all the steps necessary. When told they would call you back within 72 hours after you complete new patient paperwork, they did not and I had to follow up myself, as well as my husband for his account. The front office staff often would need to go ask somebody when asked a question regarding scheduling, authorizations, or specific questions. My experience with my physician was mostly fine; however, I felt she came to the conclusion to recommend IVF very quickly. At our first appointment, she reviewed our records and gave that as our best option and only allowed us to consider less invasive alternatives when we explained that that was a large jump from what wed heard from other doctors. The authorizations team did not adequately handle my authorization, leading me to complete a time sensitive procedure before hearing a definitive determination from my insurance due to IVF Michigans lack of timeliness with obtaining the authorization. When scheduling our appointments, we were told that the financial team would provide us a quote and walk us through the costs associated with our care. That quote was only given after I informed the staff that I did not receive it and it was not explained in a way any person could understand. Following the results of all of our testing, the nurse reported findings without taking the time to explain in lay terms what they meant and, again, we were directed to IVF without ever talking to our doctor. When asked for a consult to discuss results, we were told we would have to wait over a month. Across the board, this office is very disorganized and does not make this process seamless whatsoever. I have requested all my records and have cancelled all further appointments. Dealing with infertility is already a stressful and emotional time and clinics that serve this population should be an advocate for you, instead of making you bang your head against a wall throughout the process. I would urge you to go anywhere else should you need fertility support.

No stars, the worst customer service I have ever had. Receptionists look for any reason to tell you they cannot help you. toxic, rude lazy people will ruin your reputation.

I am currently pregnant, but it wasnt easy. I had even reached a point where I had made peace with the failed IUIs and round of IVF and was moving forward with the initial adoption process. Then, I did my last embryo transfer. Dr. Hammoud adjusted my medication, and thanks to God, it was successful. I have been working with Dr. Hammoud and IVF Michigan, Dearborn, for about 2 years now, and I had been trying to get pregnant for two years before meeting them. This journey is filled with a ton of emotions, appointments, injections, and different procedures, but I couldnt have felt more supported and informed. They have an amazing staff who is caring, knowledgeable, and very communicative. I spent a lot of appointments with them. Every time I asked a question, it was answered VERY quickly and thoroughly. Sometimes, I had repeat questions or misunderstandings, and the nurses were super patient and always responded. The front staff and nurses always met me with a smile, encouragement, and motivation. When I felt concerned, I was met with empathy. Most importantly, I felt like Dr. Hammoud was honest. One of my biggest fears as a minority female is not getting good care or being taken advantage of financially. That was not the case at this office, nor was it my experience. This office is very compassionate and transparent. So, if you are looking to get pregnant, please know its a heck of a process, its a little expensive, and there are a lot of emotions that come with this journey, but its important to maintain perspective and a positive attitude. This is a really good fertility center with a really great staff. I couldnt have selected a better team to go through my journey with. Again, I thank you all for helping me complete my family. P.S. I absolutely recommend seeking help with this clinic. Dr Hammoud is a wonderful and compassionate doctor who takes the time to individualize your treatment to give you the best opportunity for success. I graduated and am currently pregnant with my baby boy. Also, the staff here are amazing. Jess has the biggest heart and though I know I was the toughest patient to draw blood from, she never gave up on me. The little things matter and I will not forget that kindness. Again, if you are questioning where to turn to, I highly recommend starting here.

I had previously been under Dr. Hammouds care at Henry Ford, and upon learning about his move to Michigan IVF Dearborn, I eagerly contacted them to continue my treatments. Unfortunately, my experience with the receptionist was less than satisfactory. Despite asking simple questions about making an appointment and having filled out the necessary forms on their website, she responded with a noticeable attitude, insisting I fill out the form again. Dealing with infertility is already stressful, and lacking a supportive medical team can only add to that strain. I opted not to pursue further interactions with Michigan IVF Dearborn due to this unwelcoming encounter.

Such an amazing office. The nurses are so knowledge and kind. Dr. Hammoud is AMAZING!! My husband and I are beyond thankful for IVF MI Dearborn. I could not recommend them enough. Instead of dreading doctor appointments, I looked forward to them.

The staff all the way from the front desk to the nurses and everyone in-between were just fantastic! Any questions or concerns I had were always addressed very quickly. Dr. Hammoud was great! He was honest and up front about expectations and gave me advice as if I was his daughter. The whole staff worked together to help me get that positive pregnancy test! I cant thank the staff and Dr. Hammoud enough.

Huge thank you to Dr. Hammoud and the rest of the staff at IVF Dearborn. Incredibly intelligent but also amazing bedside manners (hard to find both sometimes!) He made us feel so comfortable, assured and hopeful of our future. I compared my experience with a few others who were going through fertility treatments at other facilities and Dr.Hammoud and his team definitlty made sure we had everything we needed and took the best care of us - we were in great hands. After only 2 rounds of IUI - we are successfully pregnant and beyond thankful.

My experience was wonderful . Everyone was nice and very patient with me and Dr. Hammoud was amazing very supportive!!!being told I can’t naturally have children was hard to hear but then I heard about ivf and gave it not only one but three try’s to get pregnant I can say the wait was definitely worth it because I’m having twins ☺️very happy with joy it wasnt easy and you do have to be strong but patience is the key don’t give up !!!!

Staff at IVF Michigan Dearborn are the best. The nurses are very responsive to emails and calls and are always so kind during the appointments. Jessica is the best! She is always so kind. I transferred clinics to Dr.Hammoud and it was a game changer. He switched up my protocols and things improved for me. He took time with me and was honest with me. I appreciate the kindness and support all the staff have shown me during a very stressful period in my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have decided to just start the process over and go to another clinic due to the lack of professional communication. The Nurse Email and receptionist staff make you feel like you are bothering them when you have a simple question. If they are this unprofessional at this stage I can only imagine further into the process.

Firstly I would like to start with the front desk staff specifically Julie. I think the very first people you encounter at a place is so important for your experience. Julie is always welcoming, kind, and patient. The nurse that does the lab work has been pleasant from day one. All the nurses at IVF Dearborn have been beyond helpful throughout the process. They respond to every email very quickly and even within minutes. There were times of worry for my husband and I when lab work came back less than ideal and it did not take them long to talk us through it and help us feel better. Lastly, Dr. Hammoud he was an angel in our eyes. He gave us hope from day one and when we started to lose hope he never did. We trusted Dr. Hammoud and he never let us down. He did what he had to do to finally get our answers. I spent a year and a half at IVF Dearborn and they gave us two miracles. I am forever grateful for that whole team!

Our experience at IVF Michigan was better then we could have imagined. The nursing and medical staff were absolutely wonderful. The clerks were so friendly and always greeted us with a warm welcome. Dr. Hammoud was amazing. He made us feel so comfortable during the whole process. We are so glad we choose to start our fertility journey with IVF Michigan Dearborn and we highly recommend Dr. Hammoud and his amazing staff!

IVF Michigan was the first place I went for my infertility journey and it was short-lived. If you decide to receive treatment here, expect to double-check what they’re telling you and advocate for yourself the entire time.I did two IUI’s there and with my first, they forgot to order one of my injections from a specialty pharmacy on time. This resulted in me paying triple the cost from a regular pharmacy. I had to constantly call and ask for them to fix their mistake and after constant hounding, I was mailed a reimbursement 3 months later.My second IUI ended with an early miscarriage and when I was called with this news, there was zero compassion or apology.Before doing any treatments at all, they ran my health insurance and had me sign a form stating that IUI’s were covered on my plan. Then after I had two IUI’s, they presented the full price bill for the two treatments because they made a lazy mistake. Someone at the front desk told me that I would receive a call about this from upper management but I never did.I’m so thankful I decided to go with CNY fertility to move forward with IVF. So much more care, compassion, attention, and they have nurses on call around the clock to answer any questions. Oh and a fraction of the cost!

I went through IVF 2x in 2021 before we had success. I have a happy, healthy 6m baby. I found the entire process seamless and easy. Fast in and out appointments. Friendly staff, good communication. Nurses phone will not pick up, Just leave your message and theyll call back. This annoyed my at first because I have phone anxiety but it was consistant so I got use to it. Getting the initial consultation and paperwork was probably the most annoying part. Its very expensive and insurance only covered the basic lab work, ultrasounds, and a few medicines. The invoice finance gives you before even getting started is a bit hard to take in, but gives you a really good idea of what you can expect to pay. It doesnt quite nail down the extra youll need for all the medicines you might be prescribed.

Jessica and I had such a good relationship (she always drew my blood) and everyone in the office was great. Even through my emotions being up and down and countless emails. HA. My FET was successful on round 1. Can’t wait for round 2.

Dr. Hammoud and his awesome team of nurses made my dreams of becoming a mother possible. I am 5 month pregnant now and everything is going very well. The doctor quickly saw what the problem was when so many other doctors could not figure it out. He gave me the best option to try which was IVF Frozen and it worked our first cycle. My husband and I are forever grateful!! We tried getting pregnant for 11 years with no luck. It took 7 months (one cycle) with IVF Michigan Dearborn. I still have a little girl waiting on me. I will be back in a year or so to get her. Nurse Jessica get ready round 2!!!

I have met some of the kindest people at the Dearborn IVF Michigan office. Dr Hammoud was wonderful during the entire IVF process. The nurses very informative at each visit and I never felt awkward asking any question I had. I felt like our situation was taken personally and with extreme compassion. I would definitely recommend the IVF Michigan Dearborn office to anyone struggling with their own fertility.

My husband and I tried for 2ish years to conceive naturally. It just wasnt happening. Finally my doctor was able to give me answers and referred me to IVF of Michigan and Ohio. I was so scared when we started the process but it didnt take long for everyone from the clinic to become family. If it werent for all the nurses, schedulers, the ladies in billing and especially Dr. Hammoud, we would not be expecting our daughter this October. Yes it was scary and stressful and emotional but everyone involved helped so much and were there for us when we needed. If you struggle with fertility this is the place to go. We will see them again eventually. Thank you to everyone at IVF of Michigan Dearborn!!!

I wanted to say thank you to IVF Michigan for making our dreams come true of having a child. I know the amount of work that goes into this process on your end and we truly appreciate it. It was hard, physically and emotionally. It wasn’t perfect. It is expensive.. but it was worth it. I appreciate the small amounts of financial assistance we did receive. One critique, in the future, please have your financial consultants explain in better detail about the possible extra costs, like the very expensive drugs required to accomplish IVF and other fees. I just wish I was a little more informed going into it. Other than that, everyone at the office was always so sweet and helpful. Thank you!

Dr.Hammond is the best! He is kind, supportive and always kept me informed. All the medical staff have been kind and timely. The new front desk supervisor is the best they have ever had in my four year experience with the office.

Truly an amazing experience here! Dr. Hammoud is so kind and caring and he listens. He gave me his best advice and immediately after my first failed IVF cycle, he changed up my medications and discussed with me what we could do next to make the next round more likely to work and sure enough, my second cycle was a success! Kaitlin and Jess were truly a breath of fresh air to be around, they were both so wonderful and grew to know me as a person. When it was finally my turn to sign my release forms, I was actually sad to leave! Kaitlin and Jess said to keep them updated with photos of baby once it is born and I cannot wait for that day.Thank you so much to all of the staff at IVF of Michigan - Dearborn for making me and my husband feel so comfortable while we went thru our infertility journey. I will recommend you to anyone who may be struggling with infertility and I will be back for future babies to be made.

I cannot thank Dr. Hammoud and his staff enough! This was my first IVF experience which, thanks to Dr. Hammoud, resulted in my first pregnancy during a fresh transfer. I am now due in April 2022! What an amazing experience I have had with the Dearborn location. I am a patient that lives in MI but am receiving care at a facility in CHI. THIS OFFICE WAS BEYOND HELPFUL TO ME! The front desk staff is supportive, KIND and patient. The nurses and technicians are very good at what they do and I have made some wonderful connections here!! I owe my recent positive pregnancy test (🤗) to much of the work they did for me. They partner flawlessly with other institutions if needed to help your dream(s) come true! Got pregnant the first try at 48! They were all great and worked with us every step of the way. Dr. Hammoud is amazing and is an exceptional doctor. The nurses Stephanie and Jessica made sure we were prepared to succeed and always willing to help and go out of thier way. Couldnt have picked a better place!

I came to both offices in Dearborn and Bloomfield Hill. The staff here works like They’re in the factory. Through all visits until the transfer day,I had never heard a word “Good luck”. The nurse never call and check on me.I have no idea what will cost and insurance will cover or not... until later I got shock because ton of the bills. Don’t waist your time and money here.Visit IVF Rochester Hill, Doctor Abuzied is the best.I got pregnant on my first transfer. My daughter is now 2 weeks old.I like here the office system and the staff. In emergency I still can contact the nurse after hours or weekend. I never have to ask, they always let me know everything in advance.They help you find cheaper medication and more....

IVF Michigan makes miracles happen. We have been with Dr Hammoud and staff for close to three years. We have never have felt more care, more support, more compassion from any other type of doctors. We did go through a few failures but Dr Hammoud was so understanding and compassionate. He gave us hope when we seemed to have lost it. With our miracle baby on its way, we give great thanks and are forever grateful to Dr Hammoud and staff for everything they have done for us. When we are ready for baby number two, with no doubt we will return to Dr Hammoud and team. Sadly we’ve been transferred to our OB… so we will share pictures of this little one and bring him or her by when born for a visit with the wonderful people who helped make this happen. My husband and I absolutely loved the care and treatment we received from Dr. Hammoud and his staff. The phlebotomist was amazing!! The nurses and staff were friendly and helpful. The overall experience has been wonderful. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

I am so proud to have been able to work with such an incredible group of individuals during such a private experience. Each person I came across from the front desk professionals, to the profound nursing team to the actual Doctors every time was welcoming and careful. There is one particular nurse Jessica who helped coach me with calmness and encouragement. She helped me stay positive and focus on the bigger picture. I cannot express in words how truly grateful I am to IVF Michigan, Dr. Hammoud and his Dearborn staff. This office became family to me over the past 17 months. They have been with me through my worst and best days of this entire journey. Never did I ever feel like a number or dollar signs. I was extremely nervous back in June of 2017 during my first visit, being as I’m doing this alone, I didn’t know exactly what to expect. Dr. Hammoud and his staff were supportive from the beginning. Right after my initial consultation I knew I had chosen the right team for me. Dr. Hammoud and his staff showed so much care and compassion towards me through every little obstacle I came to, but with a great medical support team I was able to push through the obstacles and on to my ultimate dream of Motherhood. Very poor communicators. Would avoid this office. They act like it is your privilege to be in their office, even though you need to pay them thousands of dollars. As others have said below, you will feel like a number in line at the DMV.

My husband and I have struggled with infertility issues for 3 years. After a year of being unhappy at another institution, we decided to come to IVF Michigan, and we began seeing Dr. Hammoud. I do have to say that our struggles with IVF were a bit unique and challenging, but I did always feel like Dr. Hammoud really cared about us and was trying his best to get us pregnant. I had some complications with each pregnancy in the beginning, and I felt like the nurses and staff were always very sensitive to what we were going through. Dr. Hammoud was also willing to work with us on cost because we were frequent visitors. After three egg retrievals and 5 transfers, we finally have a healthy, continuing pregnancy, and we are hopeful for the future. We will definitely be going back when we are ready for the next one!

My husband and I faced infertility issues for 5 years. We sought medical help from a few different doctors, all of which, said there is nothing wrong with you, pregnancy will happen with time. Finally, we were referred to Dr. Hammoud from a friend of ours that had heard great things. After running a few tests, we were actually given some answers! Only 4 months after coming to Dr.Hammoud, we were pregnant with our son, who is Happy and Healthy as can be. He is now over a year old and we are expecting a set of twins in just 6.5 months. I highly recommend Dr.Hammouds services to anyone struggling with infertility. He is extremely nice and easy to talk to. Not only did he help us understand what was going on, he did everything in his power to give us the family we have always wanted! So thankful for everyone at IVF Michigan, Dearborn :)

We love these people!!! From the very first appointment everyone was very helpful, thorough and understanding. They understand the financial end of this and are up front about it. They understand the emotional part of this and are so sweet and sincere. I am happy to say we have beautiful, healthy, almost 1 year old twin daughters as a result. I am still in shock as I write this review. After struggling with infertility for YEARS my husband and I finally decided to go with our gut and visit a RE. I did loads of research and IVF Michigan was always listed at the top. From the moment we first stepped through the door we were given all of our options on what we could choose to do/try. I never felt like Dr. Hammoud tried forcing us to choose IVF over IUI even once. We laid out all of our options and decided as a couple to go with IVF and I wouldn’t change a thing. Every check up, ultrasound and bloodwork appointments with the nurses were always so great. They explained everything to us and answered alllll of my questions (which I ALWAYS had a ton of). I just graduated from the clinic last week and I’m still in shock that this process worked. Dr. Hammoud and his team are giving us the chance to finally become the parents that we’ve always dreamed of! I can’t wait until our little man arrives and we are able to take him in to meet the people who helped bring him into this world.

We were lucky to find IVF. They were very professional and made us feel welcomed. They genuinely cared about us as a couple, our needs and determined to get us pregnant. I got an IUI and got pregnant on the 1st try. For someone who is 40yrs young and not having any children I was super nervous and a little worried that it was to late for me but Dr. Hammoud and all the staff made me feel comfortable and let me know that there was still a chance for me. And they were right. I would recommend them to anyone. And we maybe going back once we have this little bundle of love. Thank you guys so much. We are forever grateful.

My husband and I had a great experience with IVF Michigan. After 4 year dealing with infertility I was blessed with my twin pregnancy during the first IVF cicle. Dr. Hammond and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Hammoud and the entire IVF Michigan Dearborn team. I went there at the worst time of my life and thought maybe I would never be able to carry a baby to term. But here I am 20 weeks pregnant with a baby girl and we are doing great. I felt the entire staff was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful.

I was scared when I first went for care but Dr. Hummoud really knew what methods would work for me. He suggested ivf which the process was plan to the exact dates and I was successful with my first round of treatment. I feel like the doctor is very hands on and whatever he don’t help you with he make sure the nurses help you. I had so many questions and every time I called the nurses would return my call same day. I have to say the nurses and doctor is great. I wasn’t to happy with the front desk worker because I feel like they were rude at times, but overall I loved the work that the nurses and doctor did for me and they deserve a 5 star. Now I’m just waiting for baby to grow and be born.

I feel like everyones experience at a fertility clinic is going to be based on several different factors that will shape their experiences in different ways. This is also a very personal and touchy journey that forces you to face a lot and be very open with your feelings. With that being said, the experience is definitely going to be what you make of it but you will also need to be open to the way a process develops. Personally, I chose this location because Dr. Hammoud was highly recommended by other women who work at my company and the Dearborn location was closest to my house. I had a bumpy experience at first and had to make some complaints after my first few visits to the office manager. I do feel like the office definitely had room for improvement but I also feel like I needed to open myself more to the process. Once I expressed how I felt and we were able to move past some of the bumps, the process went very well. Do I feel like some of it could have been handled more efficiently? Yes I do, however, I needed to be more flexible to achieve what I really wanted and try to drop all my expectations. I learned to trust the employees with a very personal job. They acknowledged my feelings and my complaints in a compassionate way. With everyone working together, my process worked. Like I said, I know this is personal for everyone in different ways so emotions are heightened, but learn to be flexible, ask a lot of questions, be ready to have trust in the process, and be forgiving if you voice your concerns and they get addressed. I did not know a lot about this so I had to tell them several times that they need to explain what needs to happen in detail and they did. Be your own advocate. Im very thankful for the employees at this office. My baby will be born soon and I cant wait to take her to meet them.

There are no words to express how wonderful every person at IVF of Michigan (Dearborn) is. We tried to conceive a second child for almost 3 years and worked with 2 other Infertility Clinics that were not able to help us with our dream of having another child. We decided to try IVF Michigan because we had family and friends who had experienced great success with them. Dr. Hommoud is very professional, honest, and caring. He listened to our concerns, considered our situation, and together we decided on a plan that resulted in a TRUE MIRACLE!! We cannot thank the entire staff enough for caring and making us feel that we mattered!

I had the best experience at the Dearborn office. All the staff was always so kind and always was supportive and answered all my questions. Very disappointed in the lack of accommodation of this clinic. I simply wanted to switch a sample drop off to this location versus Ann Arbor to align with an additional doctors appointment in Dearborn and they wouldnt accommodate a simple request. Our last drop off took less than 15 minutes. Unfortunate the lack of sympathy and understanding for already frustrated and discouraged struggling patients. Would not recommend this Dearborn location.

So thankful for Dr. Hammoud and all the staff here! Infertility can be a very scary, stressful and confusing road to travel so its super important to have a dependable and caring team to turn to. Worth every penny.

Dr. Hammoud is a great doctor and I like him a lot. However ; the billing department is the worst and disorganized I’ve ever come across. They send you random balances and random numbers even after you pre pay. They continue to send different balances each time And good luck figuring it out.

I had the best experience at the Dearborn office. The office staff is amazing and I’m so appreciative to the girls who were there for every email and phone call. Dr Hammoud is the most thoughtful and intelligent physician. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I called and the young lady. She was older but I’m being respectful. So we talked it was going good until she asked me about insurance I told her I was low income and I had a certain type she not only cut me short but denied me access to the information did not send me the link to the website. Disrespectful. So I can’t have a child because I want to pay it out of pocket? Weird energy.

Do not go here, shop around. Unless you qualify for compassionate care (which we did not) their prices are significantly higher than other options. Also, if you switch to another provider plan on picking every document you need from them at least two weeks later since they will not do anything to help you out.

I truly appreciate this clinic and staff. They were very responsive, thoughtful and efficient from the front desk to each nurse and DR. Hammoud. Thank you for helping make our miracle.

I was extremely impressed with the level of care and compassion that I received at IVF of MI. The nurses were so understanding and attentive. I am so happy that I chose this clinic during my journey.

Very un professional staff, called me on a short notice, one day, to show for a meeting , we didnt know about, with tests counselor and when we told her well I have work and I cant show up quick like that she canceled my test appointment on here own without any notification or even calling us back to tell us our appointment was canceled for any reasons they didnt even mentioned ??

My wife and I used this clinic for outside testing as our fertility clinic for our FET was out of state. They were so very helpful getting us in and working with us even though we were not technically there patient.

I removed the bad reviews because I thought that’s it that’s the end of it but they kept sending me bills finally today I paid the $216 for the frozen Embryos (which is already told them get rid of them we are not going through the third lie ) decide to put the reviews back because they keep charging us . we spend over $40,000 for 2 failure surgeries and they still charging us.i advice everyone not to believe whatever they promise u for . Leave us a alone
