Dr polly was amazing!! She walked me through my entire procedure and she explained everything throughly! As a women, its hard to find a place that understand you and respects your body.Thee only thing I wish I got the chance, is getting all the names! From beginning to end the greet to the end of the appointment, there was so much support and patience. cannot recommend a better office!

Best health clinic I’ve ever been to! The service here will exceed your expectations! The staff was soo patient and understanding. They are truly here to help. They welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. The staff actually cares about their patients and treats you with respect!! The facility is clean with little to no wait time. 10/10 recommendation. I will definitely be coming here for any future health concerns

I had a great experience during my visit it was fast I never been to the upland location. But I loved the service the girls were very nice and just very much so on there work. Absolute worse experience. I had an appointment and Monday 5/28(my birthday). I had a necklace in ziploc bag in my pants since it needed to be fixed. This necklace had my mother’s ashes pressed onto the pendant that was detached and needed to be fixed.While changing inside of the exam room the ziploc fell out, which at a glance I thought to be “trash” so didn’t pick it up(considering I’m at a dr office and didn’t know what it really was) . I seen it as I walked out on the floor but again didn’t think of it. On my way to fix the necklace I realized it was gone, at that time I realized that is what o seen on the floor. I called the dr office immediately, they said there was nothing. I got to the office and asked to have the trash cans and floors looked through and nothing. The room was cleaned up though, but no necklace found. I begged and cried for someone to return it with all nurses having no idea where it was. The only nurse in the back that day was the ultrasound nurse, who had previously cleaned the room before me as well. Disgusting dishonest people, willing to steal a sentimental necklace with ASHES pressed onto it.

Bad service, they tell you that the program will pay your medical expenses and they make you apply, and when they have already done all the tests, they then call you charging you because they do not cover some tests and they do not notify you of the charge before doing them, and they threaten to send you to collections.

Staff are genuinely nice, helpful and accomodating. As well as the nurses. Very satisfied with the service provided. The facility is well maintained and kept clean all the time.

Absolutely appalling!EDIT: Stop e-mailing, calling, and leaving a response on my Google review. I already told you guys 3x why Im disgusted with you guys. DELETE YOUR REPLY AND LEAVE ME ALONE! This is harassment at this point!

First time going great staff, had a great first time experience at this facility and would highly recommend. From the front desk to the Dr everyone was really helpful and kind. Was able to schedule my appointment and be seen the next day .

I have visited this FPA twice now. Once in their old location and once in the new location. Great staff, clean facility. The wait was not long. Easy to get an appointment. I would absolutely recommend them!

The workers made me feel very comfortable taking to them about my concerns with birth control and just all around concerns about my health. They also helped me gain confidence in the choice I was making by starting birth control, despite what others are saying.

The Santa Monica FPA Womens Health Center, has some of the most empathic and professional people Ive ever come across. I had 3 visits one virtual and 2 in person. All of which clearly demonstrated how the entire staff can be efficient and caring. I was able to afford all of my medications and procedures. I didnt feel rushed or like a number. I had to give blood and I get a lot of anxiety when I do. The person who did the procedure was super gentle, understanding and the easiest Ive ever done. Tip: Go with time. Great quality service takes time to give and deliver with grace. The facility is in a clean and easy to find space. It was easy to social distance from others and open on Saturdays.Thank you for all you do ladies!!

I loved my experience there! I’ve been to FPA 3 times and every time was amazing, they are super fast and so friendly! They really take care of you.

They are very quick and efficient. They actually make sure what ur there for is what u truly want to do. Each lady was welcoming but I had trouble with one of the pretty ladies accent. And I was in the restroom and got knocked on twice in a short amount of time. Again they are fast so I dont blame them but a lil privacy in the john would have been great.

I came here and was treated with respect. I love the staff, theyre all so helpful and funny. They even called my PCP on my behalf when I was having issues getting a referral for care. Theyre such a great team!

Even though I keep coming back because the staff is mostly friendly, I do feel that my experience was more pleasant when I came in as a cash patients than when I returned using insurance. The front office asked me to come in 30 mins early so they can verify my benefits and that was not done. My appointment was at 2:20 and my whole appointment lasted till 4:30 so it was a very lengthy appointment. I realized they were having a very hard time verifying my insurance so rather than not being seen at all I decided to call MYSELF. I asked the medical assistant all the codes they would be charging for and called my own insurance to verify my eligibility which took me no more than 15 mins to do. So I was kind of disappointed that I had to do that myself as my insurance card was still on file from my last visit so I didn’t think I would have this issue. Other than that the nurse practitioner and Megan were great.

5Doli was wonderful walking me through the whole process and making me feel comfortable as she noticed i was really nervous and the whole staff from the front desk, to the room and through the hallway, all the nurses n staff were extremely welcoming n comforting! Im grateful this place and people exist!! Thank you so much everyone!!!!

Went in early , because I know paperwork can take some time! But got attended fast!! They are very helpful! And the girl who took out my blood has a very good hand didn’t even feel when she took the needle out , doctor is very polite she just gives you like this welcoming feeling ! OVERALL great experience there and they will definitely have me coming back ☺️ Thank you to all the lady’s that work there that made my experience pleasant 👏🏻

I had an appointment today and they made it all clear since the start what’s going to be done. Super friendly staff, I don’t think I’ve ever felt this comfortable being in a clinic. If you have any questions they lovely answer you. This is really a great place, I had doubts of it in the beginning because of the previous reviews but as soon as I came in and was attended I felt all the positive vibes. Great place! Definitely recommend!

Amazing how nice all the staff was. And the Dr was so concerned for my health. She didnt just rush through my appointment. She actually did my procedure and talked to me and was genuinely concerned. I always feel very comfortable and calm when I go. The staff is super kind and helpful. I’m the type of person to get nervous very easily and even though I still get nervous for the needle when I get blood drawn, it helps that the staff doesn’t make you feel intimidated and are super sweet.

I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. Everyone is super professional and has always treated me with so much care. Every once in a while there’s a wait, but if you book a first morning appointment your wait time is very minimal. I highly recommend this place! I actually prefer them over seeing my PCD or ObGyn just because of how convenient the appointments are to make online and how quickly I can get an appointment.

My experience was great. All the staff were so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and that all my questions & concerns were answered.

Procedure went very smooth. The Drs and staff are amazing. The Phlebotomist there is incredible did not feel a thing. Even met the manager and she is awesome. Had a great experience didn’t feel rushed at all. Very clean environment.

Had an appointment on a Tuesday @ 9:30 am , when I arrived I was the only patient , was taken to the back within 10 minutes , received my consultation then was in secondary waiting room for about 5 mins . Received 2 services in less than 30 mins total time fromThe time of me walking in. Would definitely recommend . Very friendly staff.

This place is horrible actually they don’t explain to you the process of the procedure and then when you call and have questions they will just act stupid this place needs to get shut down

FPA Pomona is honestly one of the most wonderful women’s health offices I have ever been to. The staff is incredible. Every time I go, I feel seen, heard, and cared for. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sandy was amazing! I didn’t feel a thing! She helped educate me on different forms of birth control and what might work best for my body. Overall, great experience!

All the staff always makes you feel comfortable and are super nice I usually hate doctors but they make you feel comfortable always. I’ve been to there location a few times now and it’s always been the same experience I would definitely recommend the Pomona location all the staff is super nice and helpful.

I love going here, there is a many options in the world to go see a Obgyn. I choose here as I always feel so comfortable from the greeting staff to triage to the doc. I can go anywhere really and truly but thank you! You guys are an awesome team! Clean, Organized and just really know what they are doing.

I’ve been visiting FPA for a few years now and every time I go I am treated with respect and empathy. I’ve never felt judged or uncomfortable. They do make it a safe space.

Highly recommend! My doctor helped me to remove arm implant , she is very very friendly and skillful. I felt little pain. Definitely will come back!

Their appointment booking sucks ! I went in today to follow up on the implant put in my arm my appointment was at 8am and I waited for a little over an hour without being seen. Keep in mind I was not having a procedure done just simply checking my arm . I got up to let them know I couldnt wait any longer because I had to be at work. The girl asks oh do you want to reschedule? Ummm no I just wasted more than an hour of my time and you want me to come back and do it again. They should really schedule their appointments more effectively. The day I went in to get my procedure done I was there 3 hours the actual procedure took 30 minutes (blood drawn, blood pressure check and actual procedure) this place is ridiculous. I will not go back and wouldnt recommend it to anyone PLANNED PARENTHOOD IS WAY QUICKER

I enjoy the FPA system and set-up (Im now a happy patient over at FPA downtown Los Angeles), but I strongly dislike this FPA location and would advise other visitors to be careful. I have a fear of needles that requires special attention and care. I know that I need to be lying down when getting a shot or having blood work done, otherwise I faint and also start to seize, even if I feel relaxed beforehand.This has never been a problem with any doctors office, clinic, or hospital. But FPA Pomona did not accommodate my needs. Each time I visited, the nurse performing the blood draw would refuse me a bed to lie in. She insisted I try having my blood work done in the chair. Each time I would end up fainting in the chair, seize, and need to have the blood re-done. It is a scary feeling, and left me feeling de-humanized and ashamed of my phobic condition, especially when I would return to this location, and the same situation and scene would ensue. The irritating part was the nurse would remember me, and joke about how the last time wasnt so bad. It was bad.I am really glad that I will never visit FPA Pomona again. If you are able to, become a patient at a different FPA location.

DO NOT COME HERE.They put my IUD in, INCORRECTLY. They didnt measure my cervix prior to inserting the IUD. I bled excessively for days after the procedure and ended up in the ER. I called this exact place to settle this so that this wouldnt happen to the next woman, and the receptionist was very rude and accusatory. She began the conversation with, Do you wanna tell your story, or do you want me to tell you what I already know?They should take a sensitivity training class. Dont waste your time or money here, unless you want to be traumatized.

Every visit is comfortable, productive and private. As far as Ive encountered this locations staff is all female, and each person is personable, conscientious and professional. Great location, amazing experience. Will go again (and again)!

I had been going to the FPA Montclair/Pomona location for about 4 years. Today was my second time at the Pomona location. I scheduled an appointment for an IUD.About 4 days before, I had unprotected sex with my husband, and didnt think anything of it. I was unaware that I couldnt, because I wasnt informed.I teach dance and singing, and have shows at night. Its very hard to request a full day of work and a show. My sister got one, and she said that it even hurts to sing after you get it.Im furious with the treatment coordinator Janice Molina for being completely rude the whole time, and talking to me as if I was a child. As if I should know better. If I had known, I wouldnt have jeopardized this appointment that took about 3 weeks just to book. Oh, and by the way, booking an appointment online sucks. Youre gonna have to call a few times to find someone friendly enough to help you out.The Pomona location may have some of the same staff from Montclair, but its nothing like what it used to be. Also, be prepared almost get hit over by a cop car speeding through their parking lot arrest some sketchy dudes, and to see abortion protestors right outside their door. Its just fantastic.

I had the best experience with my appointment they took care of everything I needed that day, gave me so much information and I also got my arm implant removed and it didn’t hurt at all the dr was amazing definitely recommend this place staff was also very nice and super helpful!!

My gf has always came here and said they were nice when I walked her in they were very judgmental of my appearance and started being rude with her now . Well go to planned parenthood now we dont need to be treated like this very unprofessional

I had a bad experience today I made an appointment for 10:10am when I had called to make the appointment they said it wouldnt take no longer than an hour to get STD testing done I work at 12pm so i showed up at 10am and I waited one hour when they finally called me to draw blood one of the nurses couldnt find my vein so she calls another nurse and that nurse pokes me more than three times and said she cant find my vein so she wanted to call another nurse and at that point I was already there for two hours and very upset after being poked and bleeding and late to work I just got up and left... to top it off while I was waiting in the back room I go to tell the nurse how much longer till they draw my blood and she was just standing there sanitizing with my file next to her theres three patients waiting to get their blood drawn I understand its your job but everybody works and has to be places on time so I dont think its appropriate for them to take their time on cleaning equipment when that can done on their downtime at work... you also dont feel comfortable when a nurse tells you I dont know Im pretty sure I got the vein isnt that what you go to school for!? what youre trained to do..! As I was leaving I ask for corporates number and they give me a phone number to talk to somebody and it wasnt corporate number they gave me there pomona office so they obvious just gave me a number to run me out of the office! So now Im late to work and my arm is sore for no reason I work on the computer all day typing smh!! I am very upset.

My experience was good, I did not have to wait much less than an hour and the people who kindly attend to the doctor who attended me met my expectations.

Family planning ruined my life! In 1989 I just turned 18 after having a baby. As punishment I was ordered by my Mother to have a tubaligation . I didnt know what it was and instructed by my Mother not to listen to anything the nurses said or doctor and not to watch the video. Of course, as I got older I realized what was done. I returned in 1992 to Family Planning and requested my records, I was told there were no records of me ever being there. I was suicidal and very depressed for many years . I am now 43 years old and wish Family planning could have done something to protect me!

I feel so at ease here. The doctors and staff are really sweet and professional. Definitely recommend for all to go.

They literally tell people to rate them high scores Ive heard so many bad things about this place gave them a chance and the bad reviews they pay to try to remove are right ! Rude nurses dirty bathrooms makes me feel like Im right in Pomona sad!!

Have a appointment and still make gou wait like if you just walked in. Then they tell you to come back in a hour and dont have to wait. Yea right 2 hrs later your still waiting to see the doctor. They need to stop over booking there appointments.
