My first pregnancy I did not like the office i went to so I changed to this Dr for my second and current pregnancy and so far I’ve had a way better experience. They’re quick and genuine. I don’t get any bad vibes and I always feel comfortable. I even took my sister in law to my appointment and afterwards she told me “i really like him(the Dr)” and my response was yeah me two my first appointment I already knew I was going to have a better experience here. And a bonus is that I get ultrasound pictures each time. I would definitely recommend this Dr. office.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming! I live kinda far away but it’s worth the drive even after my pregnancy is over I’ll still be going to them. My daughter is going to start as well.

I love care for women’s. So happy and blessed to have moved and found a place with an amazing staff and doctors. Everyone always makes me feel so comfortable and I can really tell everyone cares about your health and well being. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. I was grateful that the doctor explained everything in detail. I was very worried going in but she set my fears aside and calmed me down with her detailed explanations. The funny thing is is that night we went to the movies and I saw her on one of the ads.

I was in the reception room waiting for my appointment when another women walked in and they informed her that her appointment was at the other office in the building suite 201 I believe. The lady obviously confused asked where exactly the suite was as in upstairs downstairs ETC. The receptionist replied very snarky the suite # again and the lady asked once again is that upstairs or downstairs. The receptionist preceded to repeat the suite # and said if its 201 its on the second floor. The lady said thank you and left and all the staff in the front office preceded to laugh at her. VERY unprofessional! how hard is it to kindly say the first time that it was on the 2nd floor without the attitude?? What is wrong with people? be kind! Sad that this is what we have for professionals out there today.

Dr. Channell and Dr. Du delivered my baby back in April, and I couldnt be more grateful for their expertise and care. My little one, who was born six weeks early, is now almost five months old and thriving beyond expectations! From a tiny 5-pounder at birth, hes grown into a healthy 20-pound bundle of joy.Throughout my entire pregnancy, the team at Care for Womens provided exceptional care. Demonstrating remarkable knowledge, making sure that every aspect of my pregnancy was carefully monitored. They were always thorough in addressing my concerns, explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand, and making me feel confident that both the baby and I were in the best hands.(shoutout to the nursing staff at San Antonio Regional Hospital—you all were incredible!)Thank you for the outstanding care and support during one of the most important moments of my life.

I have been going to Care for Women for years. Dr.Joanna Du, always listen to my concerns and is very gentle and caring she really understands the needs of a woman. Highly recommend.

I am a new patient of Dr. Vu. I was relieved to find a caring physician with great bedside manners. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable for my first visit. Her staff was friendly and professional. The office wait was minimal. So far, I am very pleased with Dr. Vu and Care For Womens Medical Group.

I absolutely loved Dr. Toni Vu she is the best! She dedicated time didnt rush although she had a booked schedule. Highly recommend her!! MY only negative review would be on the parking lot, its very hard to find a parking spot. I like to arrive at my appointments one hour early especially if Im a new patient and it took hour just to find parking.

I highly recommend Care for womens. Especially Doctor Valenzuela. She is amazing, detailed, precise, professional, caring and listens tentatively as you describe what youre feeling or experiencing. She listened to my symptoms and addressed them immediately. I will never go anywhere else.

Very nice office with a pleasant staff. i felt that my needs were meant. dr. channel sat and listened to my concerns and answered all may questions. its nice when a doctor listens to you and answers all your questions.

I was greeted and welcomed by the staff and Dr. Valenzuela. She explained my procedure with excellent bed side manner and answered all my questions. Shes so personable and makes you feel comfortable.

I’ve been so grateful and pleased with the amount of service and care that I have received. They are kind, funny, and really genuine and making sure that you have a great experience.

Staff are great, professional and nice to patient. Dr. Vu is amazing , listines and takes her time to answer all patients’ concerns. She is a true knowledgable specialist.

Dr. Wu was helpful and polite, felt like she really listened to my concerns and reflected back concern and empathy. Parking was hard to find a spot and I parked a ways down on a back road. No wait time for my appointment either.

Dr Vu is a great Dr as well as Human being some of the staff are robotic in behavior others are very nice and kind. This is a great place overall I would recommend it always especially Dr Vu hands down

Every time I go to Care for Women I am well taken care of. I love all of the staff including the doctors, assistants, and nurse practitioners. They treat me with so much care and respect that I would recommend this group to anyone. This has been, by far, the best experience I have had with all of my pregnancies.

Care for Woman’s Medical Group has outstanding office staff and Dr. Valenzuela is a fantastic doctor. She listen to my concerns and advises appropriately the next steps for better health. She has helped me so much throughout the many years I’ve been seeing her.

I feel that Dr. Vu listens to my concerns and understands my needs. I always find her to be warm and welcoming, and willing to listen to my questions and help me to find answers.

I found myself seeking emergency attention for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and internal bleeding, I was blessed to be in the hands of an Angel, Dr. Valenzuela. My experience going into surgery and coming out was amazing, my surgery went great and healing was good as well. The physical and emotional support that was offered to me had been amazing. The office is great as well, and my aftercare has been a huge life saver. All needed meds ordered, appointments and off work paperwork. I am so grateful to have been in their hands through this difficult situation.

I absolutely love this office, in upland. I was here for my first baby in 2021 and recently 2023. They are the best in cleanliness, kindness and each staff is knowledgeable in their material. Each doctor I have seen were very informative and supportive with any concerns. Definitely do recommend coming here for OB relation. :)

My experience was amazing with Dr Sommer! She was so kind and very knowledgeable at my visit to their Upland office. She explained everything very thoroughly and had amazing bed side manner! She made my experience go very smoothly considering my Fiancé and I were in there for an unfortunate circumstance. I would 100% see her again!

I have a cyst in my ovary and came to Dr. Phoung with pain after being admitted at the hospital with the cyst. Dr Phoung is supposed to remove it however all her staff has poor communication and poor work skills which makes her whole medical group look bad, unprofessional, and very unorganized. I been told since 06/2023 that I was going to be scheduled for surgery to remove my cyst and that it should be within a month or two. Then August came and never received a call. I had to call to check up on my surgery date. Then they tell me it will be in September. September comes and nothing. Meanwhile my cyst is growing bigger. Then they tell me it will be in October. October comes then they tell me November. November comes and no one calls me. Not one phone call. I have to call on their business hours while Im at work and no one answers. Im waiting for communication from them and nothing. And now is JANUARY 2024 and still no communication and my cyst has probably doubled it size. This is not fair. And they are putting my health in jeopardy.

This was my first visit at this office. It was every easy to find and very busy. Plenty of parking, Nice location. The staff was nice and polite. The wait time wasnt too bad. Considering it was busy. I like my doctor Monica Valenzuela.

WARMING if you are pregnant!!I had my first baby delivered by one of the doctors in Care for Women. And they only deliver baby in San Antonio Regional Hospital. The hospital also only have doctors from Care for Women to deliver babies.When I had c-section, Care For Women doctor didn’t even let my husband to cut the umbilical cord!!! They just did it by themselves which is so disappointing! And I asked to delay cutting the cord, but they didn’t follow!I regretted to deliver in the San Antonio Reginal Hospital because they only have doctors from Care For Women, let along the facilities are old and outdated, the room and environment is not comfortable as we expected. And doctors from Care for Women are not the doctors I want to deliver my baby in this way!Don’t recommend to use Care for Women Doctors when you are going to deliver!

I love dr johnson he was very friendly and understanding of my situation and the medical staff has been helpful. I leave 5 stars bc dr Johnson was amazing as well as the other staff members that has helped me so far but ill be so happy to finally get this hysterectomy scheduled on the books so i can put this nightmare bleeding issue behind me finally

I get my prenatal care done here. First of all, they hardly answer the phone. How are we supposed to cancel an appointment when they don’t answer the phone?! They also need to get their scheduling situation together. I was supposed to get scheduled for an ultrasound and they messed up and ‘forgot’. They rescheduled me, so I had to make arrangements to be able to make it to the appointment. Come the day before the ALREADY rescheduled appointment, they called saying “we HAVE to reschedule you” I didn’t even get a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’ nothing. I had to remake arrangements to make it work or else I would have to repay the copay i had already paid and all because they ‘forgot’ to schedule my ultrasound along with a regular check up. Very unapologetic of their part, not to mention VERY inconvenient and inconsiderate.

It was my first time here at this location. The staff is very welcoming and professional. I was very nervous had a Biopsy done. But Dr. Vu made me feel comfortable & listened to me. She was very gentle. she is a very caring Dr. I will definitely recommend her to my female friends. Thank you, Dr. Vu

Dr Vo was okay. I forgot to ask her a question. I told the front lady to leave a message for a nurse so they can call me later. She was so rude and she said the person who supposed to answer this question is your dermatologist not us. No one contacted me back. This is the second time that no one call me back. They just don’t care about patients just money.I wasted $40 for nothing. I have to start looking for another provider so disappointing

The entire staff were efficient, kind and helpful. My Dr was amazing. Everyone made me feel comfortable which is not easy for me these days. Thank you all so much and I will certainly recommend you to all females in my life.

My satisfaction started from my first step walking into Doctor Johnsons clinical room (he is the tallest Doctor have ever seen in my life), every single word he explained to me about the procedure of my treatment was very nice and patient (much better than my husband). All my anxious and scare were vanished just as a fillip. Before I could feel any hurt the treatment was over. What an amazing skill! I wish I could stay a little bit longer, then I can have more time listening his nice talking. He is the best Doctor, and I will only book his appointment no matter what illness I have next time.

I have always had a great experience at Care for Womens Medical Group since 2018 and this recent experience was no different. Im a life long patient. They took good care of me prenatal as well as postnatal in 2019 when I had a health scare that required care from City of Hope. You can trust the doctors and staff here. Theyre all great.

I’ve going to this place for years do insurance now I have another OB because I had to go out of network. Beware ofDr. Franklin Johnson destroyed my life all the doctors they’re just passed me off now I need reconstructive pelvic surgery because this man he mutilated my body. My insides are destroyed because of this man, this place is the most terrifying place you could ever go to women. Please listen to me stay away from all their doctors. My quality of life has been destroyed years later I’m still having severe issues due to his hysterectomy and all the others Drs and nurses neglect due to what these doctors put me through and I’ve seen every doctor there and they just kept passing me off. They’re horrible horrible people, including the staff that never answer the phone, I’ve had a hysterectomy in 2012 and I still bleeding vaginally and they just think I’m crazy. They are the crazy ones. And now I got to see a specialist for this problem. Unfortunately, now my life has been destroyed lost my job got hooked on his pain pills that he kept giving me I’ve never been right since I thank God that I was able to get another Doctor Who actually cared it took years, who’s you’re finally help me please women listen BEWARE OF THESE CLINICS!!!

The staff at Care Womens Medical Group are awesome. I just had my first visit yesterday. As I walked to my call I had to call and refer a friend. The staff is welcoming, friendly, very professional and informative. The Doctor I seen was great. She was patient with me. I didnt have a few questions. Im glad I found them.

Great office. Was referred by a coworker d/t an unexpected medical group change. I had my last GYN for 20 years. So I was a little nervous with the change, but Lori NP and Dr. Valenzuela have been so great! Dr Valenzuela has helped me manage my menopause symptoms so well that I feel so much better than I did with my other GYN of 20 years!!!

This is my 2nd year coming to the care for woman for exams and I must say all the office staff are very nice and the NP or Doctor not sure is a lady is the nicest person and explains in detail and provide information that helps every woman . The place is very clean, professional and most importatn they respect your time . Very good service

When scheduling appointments their is two offices. When your appointment form is given it doesnt say which office. So you naturally go to the first office just so they can give you attitude that your appointment is not their. They really need to update that information not just the doctors name but office in which youll be seen. I had my baby in February which the whole experinced was absolutely traumatizing if your having a c section i recommend a different office. As well as not san antonio hospital worst treatment i received and its my 3rd c section.

The Doctor that I saw was really nice . The office was clean, but the medical assistant that took my vitals was not really polite. She kind of gave me the vibe like she hated her job, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Dr. Stephanie was THE BEST! I have always been fearful of doctors and anything medical. She was so kind and patient and kept telling me how brave I was to do my first PaP. She was gentle and quick and I would go back to her in a heartbeat! Even called my sister to encourage her to go there and get seen! Thanks for best experience!

I went here by family recommendation and multiple women in my family see and are very comfortable/happy with the physician here. When I went I was seen by their nurse practitioner who is a very nice, knowledgeable woman who made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. However, this was my first women’s wellness visit to an OBGYN office and the rest of the staff in the office that I had an interaction with were so rude and their attitudes made me feel like I was not welcomed and inconveniencing at every turn. Another reason I’m leaving one star, to no one in particular’s fault, their office is just about impossible to reach. It took three days of calling just to schedule the appointment and every time I got a call back it was just a call informing me that someone would be calling in an hour or two to schedule me an appointment and those calls never came until the 4th day. For someone who just got seen by the NP it’s disconcerting to say the least that just trying to go over any results is going to fare the same headache.

This was my first visit. The staff was very friendly. Nurse practitioner Tiffany made me feel so comfortable as if Ive been a patient there for years. Very caring

It’s always a pleasant experience at Care For Women’s MG upland. As a first time mom I have no idea what to expect. The doctors and staff make me feel supported and taken care of every time. The office is clean and they play movies while you wait to be seen. Highly recommend!

The wait time was minimal, The physician Dr. Du was amazing 👏. She explained each step before the examination. She has a gentle hand and was very kind. I wish I would have known about Care for Medical Group a long time ago. I give this medical office👍🏼👍🏼

I had finally resigned myself to the fact that no doctors would be able help me. Then, I met Dr. Johnson. He asked questions to understand the other illnesses I have and answered all of my questions. I felt like I was listened to and left each visit feeling informed. The staff was attentive and friendly. They were very helpful in getting all of my pre-op steps completed. They followed up with phone calls after my procedure and left me feeling like I was in good hands the whole way through. I would highly recommend Dr. Johnson, his staff and Care for Women’s Medical Group to anyone who is in need.

This place is so poorly operated. Everyone one the staff, save dr. Johnson needs to change professions. From the staff upfront who are incredibly rude to the pa’s in the back who are unbelievably inept at their job. They talk over you and make you feel small and stupid. Especially if you’re not a size 2. Not only have I had countless mess ups by them, one of which was moving and then losing my iud but so has my daughter ( I will not go into her issue but they never helped her but just referred her to another dr out of their office so they wouldn’t have to deal with her any longer). We are beyond giving them chance after chance to do better. The name is great but the care is subpar at best. In our opinion, if you care for your reproductive health , find another ob/gyn. Disgraceful.

Arrived at 11:15 for 11:40. Was put in a room at 11:30. Been here for 45 min. No one has come in. I called. Answering service said they are at lunch. Be back at 2. Really. Wow.

After experiencing new health concerns, my wife had an appointment with Ms. Shen. During my wife’s appt Ms. Shen continued to downplay my wife’s symptoms. After my wife continuously advocated for herself, Ms. Shen flippantly offered to order an ultrasound. Ms. Shen told my wife if anything is found, my wife would be notified.A year later, my wife continued to experience symptoms so she scheduled a follow up.When my wife met with Dr. Phong, Dr. Phong brought up that my wife has fibroids as if my wife was already informed about this. This was my wife’s FIRST time being told she had fibroids. A whole year went by and we heard nothing from this office.It’s a well known fact that black women are the most marginalized demographic when it comes to medical care. Unfortunately this place is no different.

Brenna Sommer is the best OBGyn you could ever ask for. After my first delivery I was traumatized but my word she advocated for me, reassured me, and gave me the best birth experience. Even with after care in postpartum she gave me so many tips, recommendations and referrals regarding pelvic floor restrengthening. I specifically asked to be booked with her every appointment and miss her now that Ive moved away

Dr. Du is honestly thee best doctor Ive ever had. Kind, caring and gentle. I felt very comfortable speaking with her about all aspects of my vaginal health. Thank you so much Dr. Du for starting off my year right!

Every doctor and nurse practitioner I have ever seen here has been phenomenal. I never feel rushed, they always listen and I feel very well taken care of. In addition to the wonderful medical staff, the office staff is friendly and helpful as well. I can not recommend Care for Women enough.

I am honestly satisfied with the service I receive from the upland team, from the office staff to the amazing doctors and nurse practitioner, Lori is so amazing along with Doctor Valenzuela. I see them more frequently but all the way around you can’t go wrong with any of the doctors or nurses. Thank you CFWMG you all are great!

During my last visit with Dr. Du, I was given exceptional care. I’m older now and my youngest is 8 years old. I’m a high risk pregnancy and this last pregnancy has been complicated. I’m a firm believer God has my back and I’ve been blessed with the care given by Care for Women Medical Group, Inc. I recently had to be under observation at San Antonio Regional Hospital, this is the hospital the provider uses and I was well taken care of there too. Dr. Du takes her time with her assessments, is thorough, and explains everything. I find comfort in knowing that my baby’s and my well being are top priority. Thank you!

I absolutely love my Doctor! Dr.Vu is very good at what she does and you can see that she genuinely cares as well. The office staff are also friendly and quick every time I go in for a follow up! Super grateful for this place!

I could not be more disappointed with my experiences with this place over the last year. You make an appointment for a specific time and end up waiting upwards of an hour only to wait another 15+ minutes in the exam room just to be rushed through your appointment. Doctors are impersonal and uncaring even when dealing with sensitive subjects like my missed miscarriage I experienced at the beginning of the year. And what made matters worse is they then ordered and charged me for unnecessary tests as if the pregnancy was viable. Its such a shame because it was never like this with my first pregnancy but I have not had a single appointment within the last year that there was not an issue. I am hoping to find a different provider and would not recommend this place to anyone

My first visit was very educational. The staff were very friendly and professional. My time in the waiting room was brief. The nurse who weighed my in was friendly and protected my privacy. The doctor was amazing! She took time to answer and educate me. Not to mention she is a fashionista. It was a breath of fresh air to have a doctor listen to you and really knows your body. I was very impressed and I am looking forward to my next appointment. I know that sounds crazy (LOL)

This place is the worst. You dont get assigned a specific doctor and they always rush your appointment. I was hoping to get an ultrasound since they had told me I was able to get one and two appointments later I did not get anything. I feel like it has just been a waste of time, and as far as paperwork goes dont even bother. They charge you money and if you want leave for you or your spouse to bond with baby or for your spouse to take care of you they only allow it up to two weeks, it is unfair.

I was finally able to meet Dr. Vanezuela today. Wow, she really blew us away. Her eye contact was sincere and my husband and I felt so comfortable. I dont think Ive ever felt that way with a doctor. She was kind, and I never once felt rushed. She spent time talking to us and shedding insight. We felt like we were in great hands.

I have seen 2 Dr’s at Care for Woman so far and they are absolutely gems! Dr Vu and Cynthia a nurse practitioner (I think) I have found the perfect place to go. They are caring and full of helpful knowledge. The office has such a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended to all my family, friends and anyone else looking for caring professionals!

The staff is very Friendly, and Patients Privacy and care is their priority. Ive only worked with Dr. Vo and she is wonderful, and professional. I moved from anther state at 27 weeks pregnant, and they took me as a patient (usually doctors will not take you after 20 weeks).

Been here once and I love that they are proactive to help me to get pregnant again I suffer with pcos and the dr I seen was caring and listed to my needs and we made a plan on what I needed to do.

I HATE THIS PLACE. I really do. The facility is nice, and theyre able to get you in in a timely fashion. The staff is nice.. Those are the pros.The receptionist had my insurance information but wanted to see the physical card rather than actually just verifying my name. She has more information about my insurance than my insurance card would have had. Asked my husband to email the card while I was there: it was in vein.I was there to remove an arm implant for birth control. They wanted a urine sample to determine if I was pregnant. They never told me they needed a sample.. I just voided my bladder 10 minutes prior. Whats the point? Im here to REMOVE BC. If I was pregnant were they going to leave it in my arm? Of course not. If Im not pregnant, youre still going to remove it. Just say you want a reason to bill my insurance for extra items. I would have respected that.Then their consent form that clearly no one reads, including them. I disagreed because I didnt want to be video taped or photographed. One of the Drs said I dont have permission to record in the office. I told her thats NOT at all what this says. It said I agree to be video taped, photographed or filmed.... this is the 3rd and final time Im dealing with their incompetence.*previous appointment was they needed to test my breast milk. The sample collected was insufficient and I never received the results I needed. That was a waste of time, breast milk, and lab testing.*** 1st appointment with them was when I was pregnant. I had several questions. They were giving me answers, but not answering my questions. I even re-worded my questions, and she would say the same thing. I immediately left and found a midwife for my prenatal care.I dont need nice staff if youre unable to address my concerns and questions to my satisfaction about my health. At this point I wouldnt trust them with a mosquitoe bite.

First time at this office...the receptionist was super helpful and nice. Doctor Pamela was extremely informative not like other gynecologist that just dont care. She was very nice! I truly recommend this womens center.

I got an appointment scheduled within a week! The whole experience was very pleasant from walking in until leaving. I felt important and cared for. Well worth giving them you as a person, because you will be taken care of.

Review based on administrative staff and not the nurse practitioner I saw. I am pleased with the services I received for my yearly well woman exam, however, I never received the email to sign up for the patient portal. I called the office and ended up leaving a message after holding for 22 minutes. That was on a Tuesday. By Friday I still had not received a call so on Monday I left another message. On Tuesday, yet again I did not receive a call back. I have left a third message- this time telling them I am getting very frustrated- hoping this will prompt them to call me back.I am disappointed with their service.Updating my review as of June 18, 2018. Finally was able to sign up for the patient portal and over a month later they still havent posted the results of my yearly well woman exam. I sent a message asking them to please post the results. Very poor customer service. Cant recommend.

NP Karen was absolutely wonderful! She is very thorough in her exam, but also very kind and knowledgable. The visit wasnt rushed at all. She answered all of my questions. I will definitely be requesting for my next visits!

Trying to set up an appointment was unnecessarily complicated. Was playing phone tag until I finally reached someone instead of their voicemail. Appointment went well, just lab tests were requested. Once lab results came back, I tried to contact them multiple times to discuss the lab requests (which requested immediate care), and no answer and I once again got their voicemail. Hopefully they call back. So frustrating.

Sweet nurses and doctors,professional services everything is nice and clean with a calming welcoming atmosphere. Also if you struggle with depression during pregnancy and you tell them they may provide you a paper with pregnancy and depression/post partum care groups. Found that the most helpful :)

Doctors and PA are very understanding and compassionate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Made my few visits easy and sweet!

Do not come to this place!!! If you’re in need of professional staff and actually feel like they care about you. I have been coming here since the beginning of my pregnancy and unfortunately I had to switch over to a new OBGYN due to the unprofessional staff and not having any of my questions answered during my prenatal appointments. They are always in a rush and don’t make you feel important for any of your concerns. Also the lady with the fake Gucci glasses who books your next appointments before you walk out is so rude! She shouldn’t have the right to be treating pregnant woman this way. SO DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

The team is always friendly and courteous to the patients. Having a doctor who also specializes in hormones is a priceless gift. Im so grateful to have found them.

They were decent last year. However you cant schedule your pap 5 months in advance and tells you the calendar is not avail two months before. Nevermind you call a few times and it just rings. You try another option, which they pick up and all the say its busy. Then you should have a message saying its high call volume, or someone to place people on hold. Care for women ha! Thats a joke

My husband and I are currently expecting our first child and have been to this medical group for the entire pregnancy. We’ve always had a great experience with all of the staff at both the Upland and Chino Hills locations. We especially love seeing Dr. Chen ! She is very sweet, personable, and compassionate.

Went in to remove my IUD. Excellent service as always, Doctor was very informative and quick with services, and removal was PAIN FREE! I love this place. They provided me Obestrics services when I was pregnant. I even made it a point to make sure I chose my doctor based on whether Care for Womens was in the same medical group as them or not. I now request them for all my gynecology services. Environment is clean, staff are quick, nice, and professional. I will definitely request them if I ever need Obestrics services in the future!

I love CFWMG. Dr. Johnson is the best. I unfortunately had to have an ectopic pregnancy surgery because my tube ruptured. He did a great job removing the whole tube. He filled in for my doctor and I have been coming here since. He is an amazing doctor. Great personality and he is honest.

Arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early. Didnt have to wait until my appointment start time. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes before my appointment even started. Customer service was great. I always feel like I am receiving the best medical care. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Monica Valenzuela is wonderful and caring, and her staff is welcoming and very nice. I was feeling progressively sicker every day for many months. Dr. Valenzuela and her bio-identical hormone therapy literally saved me!! I love that this is not a guessing game like many doctors do. *THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON FRONT DESK STAFF, NOT THE DOCTORS OR NURSES* Ive been trying to file my maternity leave claim for two months now, and Im still not getting paid because this office keeps dropping the ball on my paperwork. First they were supposed to send back a medical release form from cigna, but they never did. Then when they finally did send it weeks later, they only sent the cover sheet back, so I had to call again and remind them to send the papers. Then they finally sent the papers but were missing all the office notes that were requested with the form that they sent in. every time I call to talk to the disability specialist, she never answers and never calls me back. The only way I can ever get them to do anything is if I go into the office and see them face to face, which with a newborn is a big inconvenience for me. Im very frustrated because they are the reason I am not getting paid right now. Its such a shame because I really like the doctors and nurses at the office, they have been so great through all my appointments and through my delivery. I would hate to have to go to a new doctor just because the office staff cant do their job.

My last appointment went phenomenal. I had the shortest wait Ive ever had in the waiting room and I my doctor was very informative during my appointment. I left there feeling a lot more confident about my upcoming birth.

The ladies were really nice and super helpful. You know how sometimes, going to the doctor can feel a little awkward. I didn’t feel that way at all. And I was late! I felt so bad, and they were still able to fit me in.

Dr. Johnson has provided exceptional and amazing care since he cared for my baby and me when we ended up in the hospital for preterm labor, I was having early contractions. He explained everything so we were always informed. Praise God the care we received allowed KJ to stay longer in the womb and prepared him for his early arrival at 34 week 2 day gestation. He was able to go home way earlier than expected from the NICU. Dr. Du did my Csection and though I was not full term, my anxiety was calmed by the way everything happened that day and the care I received. CFWMG truly cares for my baby’s and my well being. My husband was very impressed with the csection incision, he states that my current incision/scar Looks better than my previous one.

Quick office visits and getting ahold of anyone is made super easy through the patient portal. Ive found thats the best and fastest way to communicate with them. I love Dr. Du and Dr. Vu and am looking forward to meeting the rest of the OBs here.

Care for Womens Medical Group has been extremely unhelpful over the past few weeks.My wife needs documentation for maternity leave signed by her doctor. The doctors say they dont deal with forms. They say to talk to Monica.When my wife spoke to Monica, she was extremely rude, refused to help, and neglected to wear a mask (in spite of the ongoing pandemic). My wife has already had to wait two weeks for a signature, and they say it will take two more weeks, even though she has weekly appointments.

They took very good care of me throughout my pregnancy, delivery, and hospital stay. Dr. sommer delivered my son and I felt that I was in great hands the entire time. Thank you to everyone for the great care I received here.

This was my first visit and I was treated with respect. The staff was professional and caring. The wait time was short and my husband and I was impressed with how our concerns were addressed. Cant wait for next visit.

My experience with the medical group is negative, especially the front desk and a couple of nurses. However, for lack of options and because the doctors are generally helpful we have stayed with them. Especially they are very slow and very irresponsible in important matters. For example once the nurse forgot to give the prescription for the medicine and we had to call multiple times for her to order the prescription. Another time when we took the down syndrome test they never got back to us. After multiple attempts to find out the results, finally we found out the results after almost 3 weeks after they recieved the results. On asking why it took so long their response was that since its negative we did not call you and the doctor/nurse would have gone through it in the next visit. On asking that then why did not they go through it with my wife when she visited 3 days after they got the results, the person became irritated and said that they recieved the scan and it was under a pile and that is why! Wow, what a repsonse. On asking that why did they not talk about the report when we called after a few days of the appointment, she told me they did not understand since we referred to it as chromosome abnormality test (i used that term during the call as i did not know the exact test and my wife was not around at that time) and not used the exact acronym for it. However, this is a lie, since i asked my wife later and she said that she specifically mentioned the last test she did (and this was the last test she did) and also gave them the date. My question is that how can they be so irresponsible with something so serious and get away with it! Management should take some action against these irresponsible people.

Do Not Go here! There were nice and seem helpful but they Dont cair. I was there for 2 years seeing a different doc every time i went. When i finally asked for surgery to find something out. They refused. I went to another doc and had the surgery. Apparently i almost died. When i went back to let them know. The escorted me out and would Not listen.

I enjoyed most visits during my last pregnancy until the last month. They used fear tactics and refused to honor my birth plan though my pregnancy was completely healthy. They pushed for induction and wouldnt let me leave the office unless I signed a waiver to allow administration of Pitocin, though I was nowhere near my due date and had a healthy baby and pregnancy. They ultimately caused my blood pressure to rise and it was only thanks to the reassurance of nurses at the hospital that it went back to normal. I called now for an appointment and they have noted on my file that they will not take appointments from me. Ive never heard of such a thing! Seriously unprofessional. My only regret is that I even thought of giving them another chance.

The Care for Women Medical Group was a pleasant experience, Dr. Valenzuela was pleasant and professional and took the time to explain everything that was being done and the reason why. Im and older woman and have visited many facilities for women, this was by far the most pleasant and professional for me.

Great experience the moment you make the appointment, the receptionist and nurses are exceptional. Everyone is kind and the doctors don’t hesitate spending time listening to your concerns.

Literally devastated they had to push my c section date even further when I’m caring twins all because the staff said “oh sorry miscommunication i guess we never scheduled your date and now that day is booked” literally a week before my c section date and I am the one who had to call the hospital and figure out why they haven’t called me about any pre op all to find out because Ap was never even scheduled. The date had been set for months and i have been in severe pain and discomfort and all I get is a sorry! Completely ruined my entire birth plan for my other children and family flying in to town! The doctors have been great but the staff isn’t doing what they get paid to do also I don’t recommend paying up front their outrageous fee to have the doctor fill out your paper work because if they can’t or won’t fill it out good luck getting a refund they give you a number to call

I delivered my son 1 yr ago with care for women at San Antonio . All Drs and nurse practitioners are amazing . However Maggie ( front desk ) is very very rude ... She called 1x to verify my ins and the ins did not answer so she said i guess i need to reschedule .. She didnt bother calling again . I told her i had to take the day off work . She didnt care at all , didnt want to do her job and just go home ... What a shame. I do not want to return to the Eastvale location due to she is the first unpleasant face that you see . She wont even happily greet you !!! Maggie ... What a disappointment to the Eastvale location.

Everyone is so nice and caring. I had 2 horrible experiences with 2 other doctors offices so I was really scared but they treated me with kindness and they were very gentle. Love this place.

Dr Johnson and his staff are by far the best health care providers and facility I have the privileged of being a patient of. Dr Johnson is caring, thorough, easy to communicate with and provides excellent care. The complete trust I have in Dr Johnson and his staff is invaluable to me as a patient.

The building itself is nice and taken care of. My major complaint is that you can never get in contact with anyone outside of your appointment. They never the answer the phone and the phone lines just take you in circles when trying to leave a voicemail so they can call you back. The appointments are quick and impersonal.

Everytime I come with my appointment to this office, the staff is so nice, the office is one of the cleanest by far, I get seen in a pretty well timely manner and I get treated with so much respect and am informed with what I need to know. The appointment process is a nightmare. Hold time is ridiculous. After a 20 min hold the attendants are rude. Second visit here, should have learned from my first experience. Such a shame, the place is beautiful and nice, they should make sure their staff compliments it.

I had my son on 10/17 & started the EDD paperwork. When I called EDD they told me that they where waiting for a form from the Dr to complete my case. I called 3 days in a row twice a day to Monica’s extension as she is under disability & never once got a call back. I finally decided to go into the office (3 weeks after my son was born) to find out that I have to download & upload a form from EDD then send it to Monica so she can do her part & get charged $15 for them to complete the form. As I was asking the front desk staff what I needed to do, Monica asked if it was Maria (me) that she left a voicemail. If I would have gotten a voicemail why was I at the office??? I really like the nurses & Doctors at the office but the office administration is HORRIBLE, they never answer their phone & never call back. They ALWAYS charge for filling out paperwork; I wouldn’t mind paying if I got a call back.

Medical care can feel complicated and scary. Care for Womens medical group has made a stressful time in my life smooth. The staff has gone above and beyond in all areas and working with Dr. Vu has made our medical journey peaceful and calm. In an uncertain time, Care for Womens medical group delivered.

Can you imagine telling them you have an urgent health issue and they tell you the next apt is next month??? Unreal that they dont take into consideration the medical problem at hand to be able to fit you in. I personally would not advise anyone to see a doctor here I don’t care how nice they are I was misdiagnosed and I was in tears they gave me prescription medicine that I didn’t need They will not not admit there mistake. I also believe if you have medi-cal insurance you may not get the care you are looking for BE AWARE , Search around for other places that has a good reputation and good reviews.

Would not recommend anyone to go to this place. Since I am a young parent of 20 years old they treated me with no respect. I had 3 visits to this place and all three were horrible experiences. I am glad I switched to a different Doctor.

They’re misleading, the doctors are very rude, and charged us for things our insurance should have covered, such as being charged $200 for an ultrasound twice and only getting one photo of the baby but getting denied to be told the gender and many other things the whole place is a scam
