Im still waiting to be seen but the front desk staff are horrifyingly RUDE. They open at 8 but do not have a practitioner until 9am. I asked why that is. With their excellent poor listening skills, they told me theres 10 people ahead of me so Ill have to wait to be seen, and I can go somewhere else. I didnt ask about the wait, or the amount of other people ahead of me. I asked why open at 8 and not have a Dr on site at 8. They then responded theres some treatments they can do without the practitioner. Ok, nice to know. But to be rude AND not answer questions because youre assuming whats being asked rather than actually LISTENING to whats being asked is just terrible care from the start.I hope the practitioners listen far better than their front desk staff and Im actually helped.Ill updateUPDATE Same Day Visit Edit: So the front desk personnel ( I forgot her name) did sincerely apologize for being rude. Stated it wasnt her intent. Its often a complaint they get regularly. We had an understanding as Im aware they have no control over the wait times and how many patients they have.She took my vitals, went over my information, and prepared me for the Dr. She was pleasant, kind, attentive, and professional. I was surprised they read the initial review so quickly and were willing to make prompt changes in demeanorThe Dr- didnt get his name was kind and professional as well. I felt heard and he answered all my questions. I didnt feel rushed at all but he was efficient in the care he provided.

We’ve been here several times with our family, the service and attention is always impressive. Dr. Betty and entire team are very kind and eager to help. This Urgent Care deserves 5 diamonds.💎💎💎💎💎

Whatever you do, as for a different provider if Tiruneh, Esuyankal walks in your room. Literally asked me a couple questions said hmm may have been covid but its been 4 days. Your face doesnt hurt if you touch it? Then prescribed me allergy meds. Is your job not to check me out? If youre too scared to touch patients, maybe this isnt the job for you.

Loved it!! Bravo!! )(Hello!!! Buongiorno!!!!!....went here yesterday to get an ear cleaned and to ask questions about the jaw ailment TMJ. Was treated so well by the lovely and beautiful ladies that work here. The lovely and down to earth nurse CHRISTINA was so friendly and did a great job in cleaning my ear so thoroughly. So brilliant. And my P.A. for the day, the beautiful Ms. JENN NGUYEN did EVERYTHING possible to address my TMJ issues and make Life so much better by examining my jaw/facial muscles & LISTENING TO Me so intently WITHOUT interrupting me like the more arrogant & entitled doctors often do.Thank you ladies for your hard work and dillgence! And thanks for having a sense of humor!--------- A very professional environment with friendly ladies at the front desk, with an all-around helpful staff. The wait time is never too long, and the doctors are always accommodating and thorough.

First time patient doing a walk in...checked in at 9am with 4 patients ahead of me got a room by 9:40am took care of my procedure everyone was EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, nice and patient. I would definitely recommend this place...Im big on customer service and they have exceptional customer service on all ends. They answered all my questions and very informative giving you different options.Update: 5 star to a 4 star... came back 2 days later for a follow up only 3 people ahead of me but Ive been waiting for 2 hours in my car for them to call me in and still have not been placed in a room...went asked said 2 people ahead of me...i waited 2 hrs plus and no call so I went in and they had my name crossed out as if I was already seen..front desk said they called me multiple times BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL apparently they dialed my number incorrectly... totally understand staff is overwhelmed and mistakes happen... overall its a good place

Very clean, friendly staff, lots of parking. $$95 rapid covid test, results in 10min. They were open on Christmas Day and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

I do not recommend this advanced urgent care facility. I was seen by a nurse practitioner. In my experience, nurse practitioners are always too cautious to prescribe any medication. They dont know how to meet you half way. I rarely have any health issues and at this point in my life I have a better handle on what works for me. This come back in 10 days is not acceptable. I had been to this place two or three times before and had always had a doctor. I will NOT return to this facility again knowing that I might get another inexperienced nurse practitioner.

Sitting here like more than 1hr 38mins....dont know when they going to call...please try to improve medical assistant behavior her name is Arlin we were in room no.5 the way she talk with the kids specially 5yrs and 11 yrs as if shes so disturbed and frustrated if so please give other chance I have been here before they were really good and give some training to her so she can be polite with everyone thanks.

Brought my girl here because she got third degree burns and her skin was blistered and nurse practicioner Lauren prescribed yellow mustard for the pain?! Yellow mustard from our fridge?? what a joke. Just go to the hospital they wont help you here.

The staff are very friendly, patient, and kind! They have good systems in place for covid and for moving people from the waiting room to an exam room quickly. The wait to see the doctor is typical, but thats okay because the provider I saw was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. She was amazing, Im sorry I didnt catch her name. Overall, one of the best experiences Ive had going to an urgent care.

I dont recommend this place. Year ago, they had good doctors. Today, they give horrible attention and horrible professionals. I live in Alta Loma, and I go because I think they still have good professionals, but now I have found that professionals are NEGLIGENT. My son has a high fever and sore throat, and they only gave him ibuprofen. I just went to spend money. Never go to that place again.

They dont treat patients like patients. There are no real doctors working there. Nurses see you! They dont even hear you!! Dont go if you really need help!!

I will never be going back to this place ever again, Ive went here through a course of my life with my family since I was young and the staff there were not only dismissive but downright rude about you asking questions, DO NOT BE SEEN BY LAUREN TATUM she was extremely rude and overall dismissive about some simple questions of my health

Alvin Menunos should not be allowed to call himself a doctor. You made me feel so uncomfortable. From the beginning I could tell he does not take his job seriously at all. You carry yourself with no manners, its sad. Thankful for the other doctor that stepped in (after I asked to see a different one.) I never make a review anywhere I visit unless its horrible or amazing. The visit with Menunos was horrible.I have been seen by another doctor(in the past) Jennifer Nguyen, and she is great. I have no idea what this guy is doing here though and was very disappointed with the visit with him.Listen to your patients more. Do better.

I went in to this location for Covid on Dec 12,2023Receptionists and nurses were nice and helpful. Doctor DeBernardo saw me. He was very nice and knowledgeableI felt taken care of like a patient would like to feel that way. Thank you guys 😃🙏

The hours on Urgent care is not true at all. They say their hours are open from 9am-4:30pm but its actually from 9am-4pm because they stop accepting patients at exactly 4:00pm and will turn you away. Either the employer doesnt pay overtime or because the employees are lazy. Regardless if they are going to turn people away at 4pm they should just say they are closed at 4pm simple. Giving it a 2 star because Ive been to this urgent care often in the past and the service is decent.

Always different people working, dont train their staff properly, charge u for any procedure before u even get checked in and “close at a certain time” BUT close earlier than that. Not professional at all, you shouldnt get checked in for just one thing. Find a better and more professional Urgent Care center in the area with better, kind, and more experienced staff members!

I stopped at this urgent care today because I’ve been bitten by what appears to be a spider. My hand is swelling, turning very red and it’s spreading up my arm. The hours on the window state that they are open until 430, yet it was 410 and the door was locked. When the staff inside realized we weren’t leaving one came to the door and told us they had taken the last patient for the day. I pointed out that it was only 4:10 and they’re not supposed to be closed until 4:30 and explained that I had been bitten by some thing, she just looked at me and again repeated they’d taken their last patient. What kind of urgent care turns away patients when they’re still supposed to be open.?

I had such a great experience here. Yes, I had to wait a little while to be seen, but to receive the care and compassion I did, it was worth the wait for me. The doctor and nurse practitioner walked me through my respiratory infection and how to manage it step-by-step, and made sure to answer any questions I had. I never felt rushed, and every staff member I came into contact with was kind and courteous.

The closed at 6:30... no one was in the office but they said they reached capacity and only had one doctor on staff so they closed. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE OFFICE AND 2 cars in the parking lot. Sounds like the doctor wanted to go home early. Filing a complaint with my insurance company in the morning. This has to be illegal

I’m new to the area and don’t have any medical care team set up out here. I googled urgent cares nearby that took my insurance and saw they were pretty decently rated so I took a chance. I was in and out on a Saturday afternoon in an hour. The staff were friendly/polite and I really liked the doctor I saw. I went to a 24 hour urgent care a couple days before and the doctor there wouldn’t even look at my issue, but sent me home with antibiotics. But the doctor at Advanced Medical Urgent Care (who was as baffled and shocked to hear about my previous experience) diagnosed me right away and got me out with the right prescriptions. The office was clean and I liked the environment. I will definitely make this my go-to urgent care next time I’m in need.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is amazing and pleasant they always take very good care of me, and the doctors are wonderful and very thorough. I am usually in and out of the facility within 35 minutes total. I have been coming here for 3 years when Im not able to see my primary physician or if there is an emergency.

They are extremely friendly, get a room almost immediately once checked in. Very popular so you might have to wait to be checked in. I take my kids here definitely a trusted place, returning for the family.

The 2 star review is for Dr. D himself, not the rest of the staff. I was attended fairly quickly, whole visit took about an hour altogether. Both the people at the front desk and my nurse who took my vitals were all polite and friendly. 5 stars for these points so far.Now back to Dr D. I was looking forward to possibly being attended by him since all the reviews I saw had a good opinion of him. However it felt incredibly rushed when he saw me, the only reason I even knew who attended me was because his name was on the prescription. Dr D never told me what was my diagnosis was in the end, just checked out the back of my throat and said okay thats good enough for antibiotics.When I had asked if it would interfere with my current birth control since thats a major personal concern whenever starting a new medication, he laughed, gave me a very gross response, and then kept doubling down on it. Way to make a first impression.

I’m very sad to be writing a negative review for this location, as my husband and I have always been so pleased. However, I recently had to take my son here due to my pediatrician being unavailable and the pediatric urgent care I prefer being closed. They took my son’s vitals then left the room. A few moments later a doctor came in and said that based on my child’s vitals, we should have already been at the emergency room and that I should go there immediately. He said a staff member would bring me an ER referral and then we should get to the ER as quickly as we could. I waited 5 or so minutes and no one ever came with a referral, so I opened the door to see all of the medical assistants standing around talking. I explained what I was waiting for, and one of them went to work on it. 5 or so minutes later, no one had come so I inquired again and was told “I’m almost done” so I waited in the hallway so we could leave immediately. I was then told that I was not allowed to leave nor would I be given my referral until I paid a $35 copay at the front desk. I went to the front desk where I again had to wait for several minutes to pay so that I could get my ER referral and leave. When I tried explaining to the front desk worker why I was in a hurry, she told me I was being rude and to wait. I understand copays are important, but when a doctor tells me that my child should already be at the ER and then an employee tells me I can’t leave, that just doesn’t seem like an office that has their patient’s best interest in mind.To make this even worse, when I got to the ER with my child, his vitals were perfectly stable. The staff there was confident that the vitals I was given by urgent care were inaccurate due to improper equipment being used.

All the staff was awesome! From the front desk to the back office.I wish the doctor was a regular doctor not just urgent care. The nurse Carly that took care of my son was awesome! I loved her personality. She was so kind and gentle to my son. she made sure my son was comfortable and well taken care. I will not ever hesitate to go to urgent care instead of the ER. The wait time was only 10-15 Mins at the most.

Awesome staff and Doctor. The doctor is very nice and treats you like a human. I was seen and treated in under 45 min. I will come back again and I highly recommend this place.

Staff was very friendly and quick to get me a room only issue was the doctor made me feel like he wasn’t concerned about my chest pain and told me I just needed Tylenol. When the iehp emergency line recommended I went to an urgent care. Got help from my own primary care physician.

We have used this facility in the past and were satisfied with the experience, but I’m posting this review for this particular visit. I arrived at 0820 and was shown to an exam room immediately, and was told there were two patients ahead of me. My vitals were taken at 1008 and PA entered room at 1020. I’m currently waiting for RX and discharge.Discharged at 1057The staff were friendly, but the waiting time was unacceptable especially when your not feeling well.

I hands down love this place. I have been here now my 3rd time and each time they have worked miracles!! No long waits even on weekends and they don’t rush you out of the office, they take their time and get you out. The staff is nice and friendly. Thank you all for the hard work because I know first hand since I also work in healthcare how dealing with the public can be challenging and long stressful hours!! Great job and keep up the good work 👍🏽

Excellent patient service and bedside manner. Everyone here makes you feel as comfortable as possible. Billing is slightly more complicated here, as they do not bill on site. So, make sure to bring your insurance information with you instead of having to deal with the refund process later. The billing staff is very reasonable, friendly and attentive considering the circumstances.

Don’t make an appointment online they don’t go by them. My son’s appointment was at 3:30 a hour later being called back. The staff is nice just don’t make an appointment it’s a waste of time.

I love it here. Its busier than the other UC in the area because of the professional staff and the knowledge and expertise of the Nurse Practitioners and Doctors. This is the best facility in the area and my first choice to seek medical attention. The ladies at the front desk are very pleasant and thorough and the Medical staff listens to you and provides the appropriate treatments and medications. No doctor on site to see fracture or dislocation cases. Wait time is too long even when they have couple of patients only.If u need any urgent clinical help then waiting in the ER better than wasting anytime here.

Went there this week and found it to be a place where I would recommend people to go to for urgent care. Everyone was very professional and you didn’t have to wait very long to see a doctor. The place was very clean and was meeting your needs with the COVID restrictions in place of businesses. The doctor was friendly and very professional. I was in and out within 30 minutes. If I ever need care again, I will make sure I return to the Advanced Medical and Urgent Care Center.

This place has gone down hill. The front office staff is rude. They make you pay before you even see anyone. They have have really really long wait times and they make you wait in your car so you have to go in and out to check to see when you are next. If you call to see what the wait time is forget it They wont tell you. These people are like Walmart workers. The first thing they say is no they cant do it before you even finish your questions. I will never come here again.

Was told that they would close at max capacity and to arrive before 5 arrived around 1 and they were already closed. The staff were rude and short over the phone. I understand being busy but that does not excuse poor customer service. Honestly, you are better off going somewhere else, came another time and was waiting over 4 hours just to get into a room. They usually only have one provider as well.

I love this urgent care! I take my family here whenever we get sick. I actually rather take my kids to see Dr.D then take them to their primary care doctor. Davis was our nurse and he is so friendly and you can tell he loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. The lady up front marina is also very friendly greets me with a smile every time I see her. I recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! Such a great experience. My PA Jessica was so loving and caring. Making sure when I left I was good to go. Xray tech Sergio was so kind, treating me with such caring, patient, making sure all areas were addressed and not making it quick. Ladies in the front office were great as well.

Went to this clinic because it was local but I’ll never go back. Lauren was extremely rude and snobby when I called to ask a couple of questions following my appt. Then she said “well why didn’t u ask while you were here??”And placed me on hold for 15 mins before getting on the phone to tell me I can take my physical prescription anywhere and don’t have to go to the set pharmacy. Some people shouldn’t be working in customer service. Terrible representation of the company.

Disclaimer: this one star review is about a doctor, not the rest of the staff.I just returned from a walk-in at this location. I arrived at 10AM and had to wait until 1PM before I finally saw the doctor. He was very disrespectful, laughed at me, and barked orders. He didnt take anything I told him seriously and answered everything with a mocking laugh. Im surprised someone like him works here. He might be knowledgeable, but he has repugnant bedside manner. I will be calling before I go next time to make sure he isnt there. I suggest you call and ask if Dr. D Bernardino is on duty, hes awesome.

I’ve been coming here for a long time now and there’s all new staff that seem to not know much. The wait time now is insane here. Why is there only one provider. This place is not the same it use to be pretty fast and so the staff was decent and now it’s ridiculous.

Poor customer service. Will not work with your insurance. Expect to pay out of pocket even if your insurance covers it. Rude receptionist seem to enjoy some sort of power trip. We waited two hours for them to tell us they refuse to see us because we wanted our insurance billed. They could have told us this when we walked in. We went to another clinic and were not charged because our insurance covers urgent care. They told us as well that they should not have tried to charge us.

I always have a good experience here. Quick service, friendly, and very supportive. The doctors are very nice and caring. Usually after the doctor sees you they follow by calling you the next day to see how you are doing. I think thats is so awesome that a doctor takes the time to call you to see how you are doing after you know they have a busy schedule.

Very fast, clean and super friendly staff! Everyone was nice. Unlike other facilities where they just check your weight the nurse actually check my kids pulse and respiration rate. ☺ They even called a few days latter to see how my kids were doing since their visit! I will definitely go again if need be !

I had a cold and went in to be checked up by a doctor. The waiting was very long; 4/5 hours!!!Every step took hours. Finally, they took a chest x-ray. I was sent to the room to wait for the doctor. I was left there for one hour! Finally, I opened the door and asked someone how long more should I wait for the doctor? The person responded by saying that he is waiting for the doctor to check my chest x ray.Surprisingly, it was quiet, I saw no patient in the clinic , it seemed they had all forgot about me.Anyways, the doctor came in sort of embarrassed, read the x-ray result and since there was nothing wrong, he let me go!!!The service is very slow, very tardy, and inconsiderate people, talking moving around accomplishing nothing, lot of people seem to be working but it seems nobody cares about patients.

My experience on the phone was nice and friendly. The lady said yes come on in . Walk in immediately I knew it was going to be a problem. The front desk girls look at each other before the had to make a decision on who going to help me since I was looking at the one off the phone she had know choice. I told her I spoke to a lady over the phone who said that there taking all insurance at this time due to the virus. They had to go check and find the person look up the same insurance they take. She told me since I don’t have the insurance CARD. She can’t see my son who in pain. He have the paper confirming he have the insurance they take . I forgot to mention we are Black. Go figure

I have been here several times, Dr. DiBernardo is the best. He has a unique sense of humor. When other providers fail I come here, I am alive because of Dr. DiBernardo.Wait times are resonable. The staff is friendly and professional.I do have issue with the Medical Assistants making up my vital signs. I watch the pulse oximeter read my O2 saturation in the low 90s my HR around 50, when I ask, the answer is your HR is normal in the 80s and your oxygen level is great. When Ive had my BP taken each time that has been an issue. My BP is chronically low 86/40 is my normal I rarely hit 90. So when the staff give me a reading of 138/80 it is false. Of course they will pump the cuff, and I will watch as they release the pressure, I even watched them fail to place their stethoscope on my arm under the cuff and near the brachial artery . They stop at around 100 mmHg and release all the pressure, then how is it possible to give a readings in the 80s. They need an automated machine. My health depends on it as does others. Vitals signs are one of the most important diagnostic tools.I have seen a nurse practioner, she was friendly,the male nurse practitioner comes in with his arms crossed appears annoyed, his tone of voice is condenscending. My preference is to see Dr. DiBernardo. The facility is usually spotless.

Everyone was very nice, thorough and personable. Thankfully I just have the flu but, have been stuck at home quaranteening, just in case. You were the only people Ive interacted with, except my poor husband, in a week! Thank you for your help and care today.

Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. Beyond thankful to have found an amazing urgent care. There are a lot of complaints about the wait. We have to take into consideration there are a lot of people sick right now. And they are working so hard. Thank you for the 5 star service, you all are awesome!

This will now be the only Urgent care I take myself and my child to! From the front desk to the back office staff, all exceptional. Davis called us back and was very welcoming, my special needs daughter that normally is stand off ish was very intrigued with his personality and complied with everything he asked. Dr walked in after Davis took vitals and did a check....He also had great bed side manor! Couldn’t have asked for anything better from this urgent care. My kiddo left happy and ready for her antibiotics ☺️ Thanks

I had visited this location before primarily for a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic I was taking. They treated me promptly and they were compassionate with my condition. I was in so much pain and fever they saw me right away. I returned again because I was exposed to COVID at work, and as a health care worker I have to have proof that I am negative in order to proceed to see patients. I met Allondra at the front and her customer service was exemplar. She was patient, kind, and immediately started to find ways to help me. I was promptly seen by Lauren who then introduced me to Betty the Nurse Practitioner and her attention to patient care along with her firm personality go a long way. I understand the times we are in now, and for them to still have this level of professionalism and care above their own health and exposure is breath taking. Thank you for all you do guys. 5 stars across the board, and if I could give more I would!!!!!!!

Very clean super friendly staff the two ladys in the front where very helpful. I was there the day after Christmas and it was really slammed but they where fast considering how many people where there. The only complaint is the doctor really did not seem to care much she was in and out of the room in 60 seconds and she did not even read my chart that says Im allergic to penicillin and she wrote me a perscription for that thank god the people at CVS notice it and gave me another antibiotic without penicillin in it. I know they where busy but the doctor should have read my chart more carefully and took the time I did give you guys 99.00 dollars ..... I did not get the doctors name but she had long black hair. I dont think I will be going back again.

I brought my 1 month old here to have his eye checked out. He had yellow discharge coming out of his eye. The doctor that sees him is an older lady. She was not nice at all. She didnt even introduce herself to us. She checked his eye walked out took a culture stepped out then came back and asked if we prefer ointment or drops. My husband had to ask if our son had an eye infection. She responded to him like if he was dumb. With a simple yes. No explanation of from what or any advice on home care. That was it. The medical staff was nice but she was horrible. Never again will I come here. My family has Kaiser insurance and my baby was brought here because his insurance wasnt effective till April. With that being said, we know what outstanding care should be like and this doctor failed to meet that.

Terrible doctor, receptionist and nurse was excellent. Doctor didnt even give me her name as she walked in. Simply just said a virus didnt give further explanation simply just a virus. And the worst part is she saw how my son was just leaning on me and he is only 9 months old. Horrible, Id rather head to the ER and wait like the 2-3 hours and get the proper care. FYI I am just suppose to watch my son not eat at all and watch his fever increase.

The worst Urgent care Ive been to. The receptionists are busy talking about their social lives. The wait is over 2 hours despite every other person being seen, meanwhile my poor son has 104 fever. Dr is rude and does not introduce herself, does not properly check out patient, just hands you a rx for antibiotics and leaves. Will never take my kids there again.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING THERE!!!WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!Unfortunately I don’t have a choice to go anywhere else but the incident happen recently when the clinic was supposed to close at their office sign which was 730pm or 8pm , I drove my daughters to the spot and the sign for open was still available. When I got there the receptionist at the desk turn us down saying they closed early today and my consultation was my daughters stomach problem, but still they didn’t care so my wife as for a referral to the nearest emergency care so she looked it up. She had an attitude also she was typing as fastest she could not realizing her MISTAKE!!She gave us the coordinates and printed the paper out. When we went there we waited and 2 to 3 people were there waiting also, nothing unusual but when they asked us to fill the application since it was the first time being there we notice something weird. But we filled it out and after they accepted the insure they asked my wife to pick up a CORONA VIRUS KIT TO TEST MY CHILD!!! She said, WAIT WHAT? Isn’t this a emergency clinic and he said NO!! This is a CORONA VIRUS TESTING SITE and all those people coming in and out have possibly CORONA VIRUS ?!!! I was in shock , if I would have gotten the corona virus I would have file a lawsuit against the clinic for their Stupidity of exposure my family because they wanted to leave early!!!Do your job right!!! I am filing a official complaint later this coming month.

Met Dr DiBernardo today during a expected visit to urgent care and was so impressed with his caring and charming personality. The whole team made my experience a very great one and I’d recommend anyone in need of their services to check them out. Thanks Dr D🙂

Was forced to visit this office for the Covid testing because it’s the location my primary doctor sent me to. I then told my family to also visit this location for covid testing. My issue was with who ever answers the phone. We were told to return for results. We asked to please have the doctor provide a copy in advance due to the fact that we had children in the car because we had no one to leave them with. This women was inconsiderate, and unsympathetic to this request. Considering that they are aware of how long they take just to come and bring you results. How much does it take for them to help out and make a copy so when the provider finally comes to see you they have the paper on hand and you can leave instead of waiting another 10/15 minutes for the copy???? The provider said no one told her to bring a copy of the results. Hence the person on the phone did not rely the request. Another issue. Was with the order in which they called to give results. My husband was one car behind my friend. And 4 hours later my brother went my sister and her husband. Some how my brother who tested after everyone received results first. Only 2 days after testing. They quoted my husband 2/3 days. And they called him after 6 days. they gave my sister and my friend results before my husband who tested before them. Then they gave my brother in law his results negative when he was the one with the most symptoms. Fever headaches loss of smell and taste. So he went to retest. And now that he had less symptoms he came out as positive. They must’ve made some type of mistake with storing the tests because I went to retest and now they make you verify the name on the tube. Customer service needs help. Unfortunately I will have to return to receive my results for proof for my doctor visit due to being pregnant and already I am dreading the wait I know will take more than one hour sitting in my car just to receive.

Waited 40 minutes after checking in to be told my insurance cant be verified. Even though I was able to get through to customer service. But I was offered the option to pay the flat rate instead of my copay.I guess for my insurance emergencies dont happen on Sundays. Wont recommend or return.

Called at 6:30pm to see if they do X-rays. Receptionist said “yes but we take our last patient at 7:00pm”. Husband arrived at 6:45pm and they told him they just took their last patient. It’s really hard to get my husband to go to the doctor and I finally get him to go down the hill to the urgent care and they tell him they can’t see him. Super disappointed.

Horrible I called blue Shield for medical care centers near me for medical urgent care. I confirmed that the place accepts blue shield insurance with my normal co-pay charge. Then when I got there they said they take blue shield but it is out of network and that my co pay will not be honored for the normal charge. Which is very odd since I confirmed prior to going to advanced medical urgent care center. Basically they will not honor insurance co-pay if its to low. Which this place is dishonest since I called blue shield again in the parking lot which they told me that this place is on network with blue shield and that they are not honoring the insurance so they can charge more for the visit. Making the customer liable for the charges even with insurance. The dishonest business ways to charge the customer more and not use the insurance that is in place for these reasons. I do not recommend this place unless you want to pay more than your co-pay. Horrible

I went to receive treatment for my throat and ear infection today 4/21/2019. I was told because the Blue Shield system was down to confirm my insurance I had to pay out of pocket. I happen to be a Union Plumber / Pipefitter and my two girls just went last week for treatment, who happen to be under my insurance 🤷🏽‍♂️. The staff didn’t seem very friendly either. I will never take my family to this place again. Not recommended!!!!!!!👎🏽

Late June I had to look for an urgent care facility. I chose this, because it was the closest to my home.It was a very good choice. The whole staff was very helpful.With almost no waiting time, they took care of my problem. Special thanks to DAVID, who did a very good job. He explained what he will do, so I was prepared what to expect. I can recommend this facility to anyone in need.Thanks again....

Great place for urgent care. Horrible COVID testing. Waited almost 3 hours to get a simple test. There were 8 cars in front of me when I joined the line- which is completely unacceptable. Don’t understand why there’s not a faster work flow by now (in November)... don’t waste your day, get tested somewhere else.

I have gone here several times and always had problems. The first time I went with my new born and the dr told us he had the flu. Later that night with a fever of 105 I rushed him to the ER where they said that he was suffering from a severe upper respiratory infection that required antibiotics. The 2nd time I went was for myself and the dr again said there was nothing wrong with me. Went to my Drs the next day because I could barely swallow and was diagnosed with strep throat. The 3rd time I went was because my now 2 yr old had a fever and was coughing horribly. The urgent care refused care because I had a balance due from 2 yrs ago because they did not properly bill the insurence company and then told me they did not take that type of insurence at that time. I was never informed that they did not take this type of insurence while in the office. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone go there. The Drs have no idea what they are doing and the office staff are just as bad. The fact that they would refuse care to a 2 yr old because of their mistake is horrible and in my opinion unethical. Do not use this urgent care if you want actual care!!!

This Office used to show concern and compassion for their patients. Nowadays that is lacking the Dr.s spend 5 minutes with you and seem to rush every patient including me. I really liked Dr. Dibernardo he took his time listened and gave accurate diagnosis every time.

This was my second time at this urgent care. Both visits were great experiences. I appreciate the sensitivity towards my situation. Everyone I experienced was professional, helpful, efficient and kind.

I was very apprehensive about going to an Urgent Care, my GP wouldnt take me until the next day, and I had what I suspected to be a ear infection, and I had to fly on on Airplane in two days, I took the plunge! I was pleasantly surprised that it was everything and more than what I could hope for. Indeed the staff was pleasant, the office was new and clean and quite pleasant. Dr. Kokhab was very friendly and extremely efficient. Not only did my ear feel better when I left, I will be fine to fly! I will not hesitate to go back. Actually, I think I would choose it over my Primary Care Doctor.

I’ve been here twice. I had a pleasant experience here, the staff and doctor (Dr. DiBernardo) were awesome! You don’t always want to get that professional with a stick up their bums. I’m glad everyone here is polite with a sense of humor considering the circumstances.

Honestly where do I start this place I knew from the beginning was short staffed and I heard only one provider at the time but Sydney from the front desk and Eric from the back took the upmost care for me and my concern. Went in with severe upper back pain from a fall. Dr. Farag was attentive and made sure I was free from the agonizing pain I came in with. The X-ray technician (didn’t get his name) was very polite and kind. Overall a good experience.

I was insulted and verbally attacked. I have never had such bad customer service. I used to work for a dr and know the protocols in assisting patients. It’s been almost a week and I am still reeling from the “care” I had.

This urgent care is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to in my whole life. They are are so nice and caring I didn’t feel any uncomfortableness from check in to check out. Best place ever awesome staff

My son and I got there exactly 7:29pm oh we had a hard day could you go somewhere else. My son is a football player who just got home from game and needed an x ray for his hand we were there in time as stated in there policy. They made him feel unimportant. Save time go some where else. Dont bother them.

Always a good experience here. From staff to doctors all very professional and great to deal with... Wait time is always under an hour and most insurances are accepted. Very clean as well

Came here tonight for a sinus infection. Only a few other patients yet waited for 2 hours! The doctor barely spent any time with me and just gave me antibiotics because Ive been congested for a while. No real medical opinion of what I had or a thorough exam. Ive been to 6 urgent cares and this was the worst by far.

Cut my hand open and went in for stitches. Staff was friendly and polite. Doctor and nurses did a great job stitching me back up. They even called 2 days later to see how I was doing.

This Urgent Care has a seperate childs waiting room w/ toys to entertain and childrens library. The staff was friendly and the Dr. was nice. I was so amazed my son was not scared and he even asked to come back so he can play!

These are genuinely the best doctors in Upland. Ive been here a few times and theyve always been the most friendly and helpful doctors Ive met! I know Im in good hands here.

Waiting times are the worst ! came and signed in at the counter at 3.25pm and is now 4.15pm ! been waiting for almost an hour. its an urgent care so you will think they will take u right away, but i dont think they are taking their patients urgently! will never come back. so upsetting

Got there at 6:25p and they turned me away because there at max capacity with 13people waiting. How is max capacity 13 people for a building? And there websites says they close at 7:30 but its really 7p. Ridiculous.

Horrible Dr.! Had to send one of my sons friends visiting from England and he had to tell the Dr. what was wrong with him. He has had a hole in his eardrum for quite sometime and this Dr. argued with him that he does not!! The boy had to tell the Dr. what to prescribe and she did! Total waste of time and money for this kind of care!

This place has been a good place to visit but today was not so good very slow and you can hear all the nurses complaining and talking about what they wanna order from startbucks and laughing got mybroom about 920 am its now 1030 and Still no one ...but I overheard one of the nurses in hallway say the Dr is running late ...ummm isnt the Dr supposed to be here before you take patients back to the rooms smh

Ive been here multiply times, always friendly staff and doctors. Everyone was patient and kind towards me, and they accept tricare (or uhcmilitarywest) much easier than trying to schedule an appointment with a doctor.

Friendly staff. I payed $100 to be seen by the doctor because I didnt have health Insurance. Went in as soon as they opened was the 3rd person to be seen. Was in and out quickly.

Less than 5 people in the waiting room, waited over two hours before leaving. Don’t recommend this urgent care.They just move you from room to room for vitals and have you wait for hours without seeing a provider.

They take so long to help you. I made a appointment at 1:15 and I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes to see the doctor. I would think having an appointment you would only wait for at least 20 minutes to be seen. The doctors seem like they dont know how to manage time.

The service here is terrible always this has been my 10th time here and Everytime there’s an extremely long wait with very little patients in the waiting room I waited for 3 hours just for a refill that takes 2mins was told after every hour that I waited that their was two patients ahead of me the receptionist just sit there on their cell phones and cover saying rather then checking patients in as they come rapidly

Worth the wait Best Urgent care took my 5months old son he was seen by Dr. Di Bernardo he was really nice and polite and answerd all my questions I had for my son.... looks like he does loves his job and his nice to babies and he even speeks spanish too....Last time took my daughter too another urgent care at Rancho cucamonga and they couldnt take my son because his insurance was not active an took him to this urgent care and it was active now this is going to be are only urgent care for our family I even recomended to my sisters and brothers😊

The staff very nice however the facility is a little run down,the walls and baseboards pretty dirty. I think the place can use a pretty thorough cleaning especially with the covid19 pandemic .
